Joshua Swanger Was very professional and knowledgeable as well as Personable. He knew his job well and he executed it.. However, it required an extensive Investigation in which he had to call someone else in.. Joshua returned the next day with another technician Anthony.. They two work together well To expedite this problem. However, ever we really had an In depth problem With our AC We really enjoyed joshua.. He was very thorough in what he did. And he worked his hardest to resolve the problem. I would certainly use him again! He was good at explaining everything to me and I understood. We're so glad we called your company. Kudos!✋️

I contacted Iceberg Home Services and Josh Swanger was the representative I spoke to. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and provided me a quote for the installation of a Gree 18k Mini Split HP. The price was reasonable and I've decided to go ahead with the installation in a few days. I highly recommend Josh. He was very personable and friendly as well. LADIES - this one is for you! In the process of replacing our shower head we somehow busted the pipe. At 8 PM. On hair washing day. Talk about awful timing. Iceberg Home Services was the only company that answered my call and offered to get me immediate service. Christina was the initial person I spoke to and she instantly relieved my anxieties and stress. Sam was the plumber who came out to complete my repair and he kept me informed throughout the entire process, let me know exactly what was being repaired, and was so kind and professional throughout. I cannot thank this company enough! As a woman it's always hit or miss to find a good contract/service company that makes me feel comfortable and let me just tell you, THIS COMPANY IS A HIT ON THE BULLSEYE! The repairs weren't the cheapest but for the quality of work I would pay their fee 10 times over. This will be the ONLY company we utilize in the future for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical repairs. I promise they are worth a call!!

I made an appointment with Iceberg and I had to take half a day off from work and they were supposed to come between two and five and never showed up. Meanwhile they sent me a text the day before reminding me that they were coming. I called and they said it was accidentally canceled and wanted to reschedule me for three days away but I am not willing to take another day off from work. They could care less and did not try to rectify their mistake. Very unprofessional

Iceberg Wit Conditioning & Heating, LLC technician Joel initially came to my home to repair my A/C on Monday. My system had been out since Saturday. Upon further diagnosis, the decision was made to replace the unit due to a leak and the size of the current system. Technician Jeremy bought out two A/C units so that my mom and I can be comfortable in two rooms. On Wednesday, technician Craig and another installed my new A/C unit. All of the technicians were very professional, explained the process and answered all questions that I asked. Thank you Iceberg and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Amazing! Iceberg Home Services is the best! They went above and beyond to help my elderly mother and saved her a ton of money! Another company said she needed to buy a whole new unit so I called Iceberg and they were able to get us up and running within one hour! Now thatâ s what I call service! Had my air conditioner stop blowing cold air The only thing that was wrong was a $13 capacitor that was bad was charged $383 to replace the capacitor that is all he did . did not check out the rest of the AC to make sure it was fine New capacitor was installed started blowing cool air
