One slight negative, he was a little more expensive than I expected for the time and service I received. Other than that, I would use his service again and recommend him to my friends.

Randy was so polite and professional and provided a lot of knowledge that we needed to know to preserve the refrigerator. Randy took his time and answered all our questions and throughly checked the refrigeration system and was able to fix our refrigerator. We had been having problems for months. We appreciate his prompt responses and his attentiveness.
