Company was somewhat slow to respond to requests but were fine once on-site. Screens repaired quickly and professionally. Some repair to gutters not done because required specialty parts handyman was unsure were available locally

The screen repairs needed to be redone in part because the spline we had on hand was the wrong size. The handyman did not charge full price for return calls

Wonderful work! This man is a pro at paying attention to detail. Everything turned out just the way I wanted but better. A+ work ethic. Stayed on the task until it was completed - Showed up on time everyday till the work was done. Super committed to giving 100% of his expertise, talents and skills. Mr. Boutin, the proprietor, was very professional and helpful and was able to take care of about everything. There were a few jobs that required a specialist's touch (difficult plumbing and electrical work) and I was impressed that he said so. Other's I have hired in the past attempted to do things that were outside of their expertise with bad results.

We are a big fan of Mark of Fair and Square Home Repair. There were so many things that he did which impressed us!!! HE SHOWED UP ON TIME for our appointments. He promised a quote and 4 hours later he called with his price. Mark had some great ideas for our project, pointing out problems we never thought of... We ended up NOT doing the project because of other financial issues... but when we do ANYTHING at the house, we'll call Mark for sure... We highly recommend him!!!! Great Guy!

Mark is all that we expected from Angie's List. He is an excellent contractor and did an excellent job on our bookshelves, plate rail and pans/skillet racks in the closet. We continue to use his services and highly recommend his company.
