He came to do an estimate and seemed responsive. But a few days latter I get an email saying: Sorry for the delay. After talking to our subs they just cannot commit to doing the job, they are too busy with. So I unfortunately cannot do the job without the subcontractors. I asked for an estimate. I expected that I would have to wait to get the work done. But with no estimate leads me to think he just didn't want the work. I wanted my garage converted to a livable space. You think he would have not waisted my time or his with the meeting. I sent follow up emails with no response.

Very professional in his approach to the quote and very punctual which was very much appreciated.

Came out and was advised they would get a bid to us in 5 days. Never received a bid. Called and left voice mails, send emails and never heard back.

EMC just finished the room this week. They did a great job. The reason we chose them was because their owner Eric McCoy showed to cover every detail of the work that we wanted to get done. He gave us a very detail description of what he considered to be the best options and seemed to know his field very well. Also he came across as a trustworthy person. Also the fact that he owned a construction company rather that being just a contractor that subcontracted all the work. All of the employees that worked in our home were very nice and did a professional job. They were trying to do the best job and were hard working. They used the best quality materials and were making sure that we were happy with the work that they were doing. The cost of the project that Eric gave us was not the cheapest but not the highest either. In this case you get what you pay for. So I recommend this company for any project that you may want to get done.

We were thoroughly pleased with the work of EMC Construction in building for us a custom shed. Rusty and Marty were obviously highly skilled and took great pride in their work as evidenced by perfection in every detail of the job. Their carpentry work was masterful. They always arrived when they said they would and completed the project without delay. I would readily use EMC Construction for any future projects and would highly recommend them to others.

My appointment with Eric was June 7, 2016. We discussed all repairs that needed to be done. Subsequently, I never received a call from EMC Construction. It has now been three weeks since the home visit. I called the office twice, and the receptionist seemed bewildered as to why I did not get an estimate. Had I not made those calls, I would have heard absolutely nothing.
