Ed was prompt when returning my phone call, gave an estimate the next day, scheduled the work for that week and delivered. He gave me options and helped educate me on the project. Hard to tell about the quality of the work right now, but I feel confident.

I had an excellent experience with Ed Kelbie and his team. They painted the exterior of my house. They arrived on time, paid attention to details and cleaned up after themselves. They even did additonal work I requested that was outside of the original scope of work. My house looks 100% better than before.

I had a great experience with Mr. Kelbie so far, the only reason I say so far and I gave him 4.5 stars was because it hasn't rained hard yet, so its hard to judge the quality of work and if it does still leak what his response would be. But based on his timelyness, professionalism, price, and honesty, I would say Mr. Kelbie was well worth it. He could of came out and said I needed a brand new roof, but instead, he took a good look at it and gave me more options. If and when I need my roof replaced, please be sure it will be Mr. Kelbie

Edward and his crew arrived on time, power washed the cedar siding days before the staining, and did a thorough job restraining the house. Not only were they efficient, but also meticulous about the details. They made my house a dream home to come home to everyday. Thank you very much!

Company had called several times before stopping by. After proving approval to check the roof company proving a photo of the roof showing the the ridge vent missing. The ridge vent had blown off the roof with the recent high winds.Gave approval to replace the the ridge vent. The repair was completed within a hour. Company provided a picture of the replaced ridge vent. Company provided fast and good service.

Ted responded immediately to my enquiry, came to give an estimate very quickly, gave me good advice and completed the work on the schedule we has agreed to. The team worked hard and efficiently. They also did in a little handiwork in a bathroom. I am extremely satisfied with the finished result.

while presented with the decision to have leaking flat rooft repaired or replaced Ed Kelbie answered my contractor request within 15 minutes upon submission. He was evaluating the roof the very next day and two days later the roof was repaired based upon Mr. Kelbie assessment. He indicated that the the roof would eventually have to be replaced, but a repair would be sufficient for a few years. I would highly recommend Ed.

Got an initial call within 15 minutes of Home Advisor request. He was out to property within 24 hours and gave me an immediate quote. Keep in contact every stage of the process. The quote was very reasonable. Gutter repair was made. He provided a before and after picture as well as receipt for work. I have encountered many contractors before but this company is one having customer service, reasonable pricing, and provides timely quality repair. You can definitely use this company either on rental home or your own home. How refreshing!!!!

I'm thoroughly pleased with the job Ed and his guys completed for us. They were here when we expected, the house looks great, and all I had to do was write a check. They even picked up the old chips of paint that had fallen into the grass. A little more than others, I'm sure, but worth the money.
