"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM! Darren and partner came November 13th 2024. Once in the house, they pressured my 91 year old mother to spend an additional $1,200 for spray coating "to keep fiberglass and asbestos from blowing out"! She paid. After they left we could see they not clean the entire duct system, faking it by just doing the first few feet. Then we discovered insulation that they had "coated" inside several ducts had fallen down and was blocking air flow on the inside! Their sloppy work got spray coating on the ceiling around every vent, and the shiny bright white of the coating is a different white from the ceilings. We called them to address these issues on 11/14, 11/15, and 11/18, 11/19, and finally 11/20 a woman said Darren would be here 11/25 to assess. No one showed up. We called dozens of times throughout the rest of November, December, and January. No one answered or showed up. These are destructive, incompetent dishonest scammers. Avoid like the plague."

"VENT PRO are Scamers and Incompetent Vent Pro BROKE MY DRYER and couldn’t fix it. They also charged me for services NOT rendered. On Tuesday Oct 16, 2018 I had signed up for a $199 deal for Air Vent Cleaning with VENT PRO of West Palm Beach. The owner, Abel Traviso, convinced me to have my dryer ducts cleaned too for $99 extra. Once at my house they upsold me 2 treatments: one for the dryer duct for $300, and another one called Envirocon that would sanitize my Air Ducts for $600. After they left, they DRYER WAS BROKEN, it did not dry my clothes. After many phone calls and postponed appointments, Abel came. He checked the dryer but COULD’NT FIX IT. He promised to come back later with a taller ladder to go on the roof to unclog the air vent where his employee said he had put the dryer treatment. The employee lied, he had never gone on the roof, or if he did the liquid was poured in the attic vent! I had to FIX my DRYER MYSELF. I went on YouTube and discovered that outlet for the dryer duct was not on the roof but on the side of the house. I used my step ladder to clean it myself. It is pure INCOMPETENCE when a duct specialist doesn’t know the difference between an attic air vent and a dryer vent outlet. When I asked the employee, who had worked on my AC unit where he had put the Envirocon treatment, he said that he had sprayed it in the main AC duct (where the filters go). But the next day, the owner, Abel, insisted that it was another one of his employees who had done the Envirocon treatment. Someone is lying here! Who did the treatment? Because of that lie, I don’t believe anybody applied the Envirocom. It was all a SCAM! By the way, envirocon sells for $38 a gallon [*** Link removed ***]"
