CHILDERS LAWN MAINTENANCE INC

Started out very well, then Childers made a comment that he wanted to concentrate more on commercial customers. Service started going downhill. We had to ask the lead man to do specific things such as weeding, hedge trimming, cutting over-growth or dead growth. Finally, after my husband had a "discussion" with the lead man, he called to his workers and said, "We are out of here." Childers said he was sorry, but he had to stick up for his employees. So much for the customer always being right. We were only asking for what we had paid for....no more, no less.

NOTE: This company only takes on annual maintenance.

Mr. Childers arrived on time and was professional in his dress and demeanor. As he walked my wife and me through the yard of our newly purchased home he pointed out what the individual plants, shrubs and trees were and what needed to be done for each. His quote was fair and I am confident his work would be satisfactory. He manages several of the homes in our new neighborhood and they look great. We did not go with his company because I decided to keep doing the work on my own (I love doing yard work). I can at least recommend a quote from him though.

They do not do residential lawcare.

I've got a scrumptious yard because of them! Once the bossman looks at the property, they come up with a team of three people. Once they start, you don't have to tell them anything. They take the initiative to get the work done. Many people in my neighborhood have started using them because of the work they do on my yard.
