Paul has been so extremely helpful. He can to inspect the home immediately after I won the bid. Its a HUD home and my first purchase. He explained everything he wrote in the repirr ; however, the report was so clear and excellently prepared, he didn't even need to. He made me feel completely at ease and aware of the problem areas, and even what I could fix myself and where to get supplies. He referred me to several people that have given me estimates. He's been an invaluable asset in this whole experience.
