+ -1 moreThey were my first go to, when my ac broke the first time, and it was under warranty. I only went to them because I thought I had to. I had a service charge of $100 for them to come and check the AC, and then there was a $150 charge for them to change the motor which wasn't covered under the warranty. They were more expensive than anybody else. I told them that it was an emergency, but they took a long while to get back to me. I had to get the motor from some other place, because they couldn't replace it, and I had to go a weekend without AC, so I just used somebody else. I thought they were friendly. They responded the next day.
Description of Work: I used Tempstar® Heating & Cooling through my home warranty.
