carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaning
+ 0 moreVery thorough and speedy job in cleaning two chairs and a sofa. Keith was punctual and very professional as well as offering excellent customer service. I will absolutely contact Action Carpet when I need this service in the future.
Description of Work: Keith came out on short notice just before Christmas to clean 2 rocker/recliners and a sofa which were very dirty and worn. He is an extremely pleasant and kempt person. I told him that since the cushions for the sofa were removable and washable that I would take care of cleaning them. I told him I planned to steam clean my carpet in that room (it needed it very badly), so he graciously offered to clean that for me in lieu of cleaning the sofa cushions. Now that's what I call premier customer service! The cleaning was excellent. The entire room had the freshest smell and the chairs and sofa were 100% fresher smelling when he was through. I highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreTHEY TRIED TO TELL ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SERVICE. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME. I KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM THEY WOULD NOT FIX BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY DID NOT DO IT. THE PRICE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED CARPET IN THREE BEDROOMS.
