+ -1 moreThe guy arrived at my home, charged $95 after being there for less than 5 mins unable to complete any work as didn't have the right parts needed. He then called back 2 days later with quote that was 3 times over what I got the work carried out for by another locksmith.

+ -1 moreWhen the technician arrived he arrived on time, with the parts I ordered and ready to work. When I realized that I had ordered one incorrect piece of hardware he was understanding and told me that the correct piece will be ordered brought over to be installed as soon as it arrives at the shop. He consulted with me to make sure that we were on the same page before he began working. Once he began working he worked neatly, quickly, and with the greatest of care. Once the work was complete he cleaned up, disposed of the old hardware and had me inspect the work; everything was perfect. Next he went over each and every piece of hardware with me to make sure that I knew how to operate it all. The technician then present me the bill and it was all within the numbers quoted me originally. Over all I am completely impressed with West End Safe and Lock and I will continue to use them with both my residential and commercial locksmith needs.
Description of Work: I had West End Safe & Lock come in to replace all my interior and exterior locks and door hardware.
