Description of Work: They came after Matthew, were the first company to give us an estimate, after getting two more estimates we contracted our new roof. Where other companies said 8-16 weeks stratus said 2 weeks out. In two weeks we had our roof and were very happy with their service Would recommend them to anyone and have. Since then they have done more roofs in our community.

Description of Work: The contractor said that the money I paid in advanced was discounted from the service, but I had the impression it was not, I think it was overpriced, anyway I learned to never pay in advance for a service, the contractor should do a free estimate or I will not choose the company

Description of Work: I purchased the $89 roof maintenance package. Although their receptionist was friendly, I had to call three times over two weeks to schedule someone. The person who finally came to the house was only an 'inspector' and claimed I had only purchased an inspection where he would later quote me on the repairs. He said he would email me a report and quote the next day so we can schedule someone quickly to fix my roof, that was a week ago and I haven't heard from them since. |To make matters worse, he was unprofessional, offered to do work under the table, and was more interested in servicing other parts of my house instead of the roof which needed fixing rather quickly. |I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: AWESOME!!! My family was selling their house and RIZZO ROOFING dropped the ball, knowing we faces a closing date. After 4 weeks, I called Stratus on a Thursday explained my urgency and they had the whole job beautifully done the following Tuesday, close to the date to close. They truly came thru. I would refer them any day and NEVER refer the others.
