I emailed the company and they responded that they would call me back. Never even bothered to respond after that.

I called 3 roofers knowing that they were all going to be very busy due to the Hurricane. Cameron from Stratus called me back within 2 days. I did not hear back from the other 2. Cameron was very professional & came back with an estimate right away and was able to do the repairs the following week. There was an issue that they had to come back. It was handled right away. Cameron was very responsive and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy and would contact them again if needed.

Exemplary work performed by an outstanding crew. The crew 12-13 hours a day rotating their breaks so the work never stopped. At the end of the day my yard was immaculate as they took extraordinary care not only of my extensive landscaping but ensuring that no nail was left behind to injure my service dog's paws. When an additional item such as flashing was needed, a call was made and the supervisor delivered is within hours. They efficiently completed both my house and garage in two days and my electric bill has already dropped $50 in the half month after the energy star roof was installed.

The first call on September 25th went great. The lady I spoke with was very professional. I was told I would get a call from Cam within the next few days to schedule the evaluation since we'll need some plywood replaced due to extensive leaking. However, I never received a phone call from Cam. I gave it a little more time, thinking they might be busy from the hurricane. I called on 6 October after no response from Cam and was given Cam's cell phone number to call directly to set the appointment. I'm not sure Cam would appreciate me calling him directly and not sure why the gentlemen I spoke with didn't take care of this issue himself. After reading all the great reviews on Angie's list, I'm super disappointed and after two weeks of waiting, I'm back to another search for a roofer. I'm trying to give STRATUS business (a new roof isn't cheap) and potential referral business. I understand that the hurricane has slowed stuff down, but it's really inconvenient for potential new clients to have to keep calling to follow up.

Project went smooth and they quickly repaired a leak in my roof.

Cameron came out on time and gave a thorough evaluation and estimate. He explained every facet of the work to be done, the type of shingle, etc. and gave a fair price. No hard sell. We didn't use Stratus for the current job but will definitely consider them for the future.

Jathan showed up at the scheduled time, due to rain he was unable to get on the roof and inspect it but did go into the attic and checked for leaks. He provided an estimate in a timely manner for both repair and replacement. We did not go with this company but he was very nice to work with.

Good. Very clean. Manager stop by the house to talk and to answer questions.

They are very good with returning phone calls. Two gentlemen came out, Cameron and Ryan, took a look at what was going and gave me an estimate. They arrived on time for the work and did a good job.

Went well; also received 24 month warranty on service performed.

I contacted Stratus Construction & Roofing after not getting any responses from Universal Roofing for a couple of months. They came right away for inspection and upon request came back for the second time for water testing and thorough inspection up in the attic. Cameron was amazing. He was very patient in explaining his findings and recommendations. I was also very pleased with his immediate follow-up of estimates and scheduling of repair. He even returned to pick up all the sandbags for the tarp, which was above and beyond his duty call. Cameron was professional, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend him and Stratus Construction & Roofing.

Very well, on time, well done and Cameron my sales person oversaw and checked in. Even walked afterwords for any missed trash. I would highly recommend.

Called Stratus Roofing to get a proposal for a roof replacement on a home I own in Apopka, FL. On the first call, I got a voicemail. I left a message to call me back, no big deal. I did receive a call back from a lady in their office 2 days later. She said that the owner (Arthur) was going to call me back by the end of the day to discuss this with me and let me know when he was available to come out to look at the roof and prepare the estimate. I never heard back from him. The following day, I called back to their office and again got a voice mail. I left another message for Arthur to call me back. I still have never heard from him. I can not speak to the qualify of the work they do, however, I can only assume that they don't need the business, since I can never get anyone to call me back. Very poor customer service.

The repair couldn't have gone better they were on time and professional. The repair also got finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing needs.

Contacted Stratus Roofing and 2 other contractors to make sure my mother was getting the best price and the best warranty. Though Stratus was not the "cheapest", we decided to go with them because of some great work they did on my roof as well as the warranty on their work. After my mother agreed, permit paperwork was requested by the next day. Then within a day they had the dumping trailer in her driveway. It is summer time so the heat was a concern, but Stratus still completed the work within two days. The shingles look great and really add value to the house. The warranty is very good for the type of shingle. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get out to the house, complete the job and left the site in the original state. Will continue to recommend Stratus Roofing to family and friends.

So far, so good. Project is to start tomorrow. Grant B provided the most consultation, and exhibited the greatest willingness to work with me on the cost of the roof. His follow thru and follow up have been exemplary.

He gave three estimates, to replace with reused tiles and all used tiles, also just right side...

I really liked the professionalism. I was contacted by the owner promptly and he gave a fair inspection I believe. Rather than simply try to sell me on a whole new roof or the most expensive repair, he set me up with a cheaper, quicker fix and clearly explained my options to me. I hate when I feel like I am just being oversold and this provider definitely did not do that to me.

Originally the adjuster for my home owners insurance said I had a single area of wind damage. I called Stratus to inspect my roof and repair the damage. Upon inspection Ryan found more areas similar to the one the adjuster indicated and said that if that one needed to be repaired then the insurance company needed to pay for fixing the other similar places on my roof. I contacted the claims office and requested another adjuster. Ryan met with the second adjuster and they determined that the area the first adjuster described as damage wasn't damage and that there was nothing that needed to be repaired at this time. Ryan made himself available when I needed him and represented my interests with the insurance adjuster. I will definitely call Stratus when I need any roof work done.

After noticing a stain in my ceiling I purchased the Roof Maintenance Package Plus Credit certificate. Immediately was contacted. Ryan came over and inspected inside and outside ceiling & roof, took pictures and sat with us to go over his findings and give us options for repairs and/or roof replacements noting that he would send email with full estimates which I received the very next day. Ryan was in contact with me to answer any questions and / or address any concerns. Upon receipt of the estimates we decided to do the repairs and he immediately booked us on the day we said was most convenient for us. Tyler came out with his crew and immediately began the work without any question. They worked through the day, finished the repairs and cleared all the debree to our fullest satisfaction. They were very professional, thorough and we are so happy and grateful for Angie's listing that facilitated this find and work for us. We will definitely be calling them back when we get ready to reroof and will recommend them to our neighbors and friends. Thank you Angie and Stratus ?

I reached out to Stratus Roofing because of its grading on Angie's list. Mr. Knapp, owner of the company, called me almost immediately and we arranged for him to stop by my hotel and give my Director of Hotel Operations and Chief Engineer bids to repair/replace some of the membrane roofing which dates back to the 1990's. After agreeing on the price, Stratus immediately dispatched a work crew and began the appropriate steps to fulfill their obligation. As work continued, Mr. Knapp and his representatives kept me up to date with the work on a daily basis, inclusive of pictures and descriptions of what they encountered and/or corrected. In my 39 years within the hotel industry, Stratus Construction and Roofing is one of the most professional and reputable firms I've had the pleasure of dealing with, especially in Florida.
