Description of Work: Tommy repaired a sprinkler head that had gotten broken during his weekly mowing. He kindly replaced it free of charge. His company does a wonderful job of taking care of the lawns in our neighborhood and goes beyond what previous companies performed. Very professional and very polite.

+ 2 moreI already use this company for my lawn service. they did an excellent job with the sprinklers, i couldn't even tell where they dug to move two of the sprinklers. next they cut down and removed the large live oak tree from the back yard. Given the small area they had to work in, they had to cut it from top down. after the tree was all down and cut up, they stacked it next to the street for regular yard waste pickup and cleaned up the back yard. I did not ask to have the stump remove since i plan to put a raised vegetable bed over it.
Description of Work: connect the irrigation system up to the new irrigation meter, replace several bad heads, adjust the height of a couple and move two sprinklers for better coverage. remove a large sick live oak tree from the back yard.

+ 1 moreThe irrigation was repaired correctly the first time and the sod that he brought in was in really great shape. He currently maintains my lawn and shrubs. Tommy and his crew do a great job and a careful to pay attention to the details. He is always interested in making sure that I am happy with the way my yard is looking. It is nice that he is able to do more than maintain a yard, since I like having a one-stop shop to go to complete various tasks around my yard.
Description of Work: I had Tommy repair my irrigation system, set the timers and he installed some new sod.

+ 0 moreIt took approximately a month to get everything in place. Everything I asked him to do, was done. Tommy and his crew now maintain the yard on a weekly basis. One plus is that if you need to hire someone to weed or do other small odd jobs, he can provide that service on an as needed basis. His service is prompt. Tommy and his crew are polite, respectful and hard-working.
Description of Work: The previous tenant had ruined the yard through general neglect by not mowing or containing weeds and vines and building and or installing large fixtures that destroyed the yard and fence. Tommy's crew had a major job on their hands. They: Cleaned up yard, weeds (growing into roof), a bougainvillea gone wild, pulled dying rose bushes, removed a poorly built tree house, cleaned up wood and building debris from all over yard, removed partial fence that had been sawed off at the ground and other general clean up. All debris was hauled to the dump or packaged for garbage and yard trash pick up. Then yard was mowed, seeded, new plantings front and back and mulch applied front and back. Sprinkler system repaired and set.
