The results were excellent, better then I expected. I would recommend this company for this service.

I'm not really happy with the experience but was told that my expectations were not in the quote so therefore it is my fault. If you use these guys make sure you get every item that you want cleaned itemized in the quote, otherwise it will not be provided. First off, Jack promptly return my call for a quote and came out the same day. We had heard good things about the company and the house exterior really did need a good cleaning, so we hired them for $490.71. The quote clearly said roof and gutters, but I figured this would be a top-of-the line job since other quotes we had received were for much less. So, day of the job I stay home from work to make sure that everything gets started ok, and the guys arrived late. OK, things happen but I did not get a call that they would be late and in fact I had to call them to make sure they were coming out. They started the job and I went to work, so my wife was left to inspect the completed work and pay the bill. The first thing she noticed was that the sides of the house were not washed. "That is not included". Fair enough but what about all of the overspill onto the front porch? "That is not included". But, they agreed to do the porch free of charge which prompted my wife to make the full payment. When I got home from work I noticed a very strong bleach smell and for the first three days after the washing the edges of the grass were burned and browned. I called Jack to ask about that and he said to give it a few days and if the grass did not come back, they would replace it. We had some heavy rains and the lawn recovered nicely, so I give them credit for standing behind their work in that regard. A couple of days later I noticed that the roof shingles under the eves in the front of the house were black and dirty, while the rest of the roof was light and clean. When I emailed to find out if they could come back out to finish the job: "That is not included". "Eves, soffits and fascia are all separate items". Fair enough, but why wasn't I given the option to add them to the quote? Why would I wash the entire roof and leave the part under the eves dirty and black? Seriously? Since I am currently on a business trip and don't want my wife to have to deal with this, I will have to get someone else to finish the job when I get back in town. Not really the outcome I expected when I hired these guys.

It went very well. They arrived on time and did a really good. Roof looks like new.

They were timely, and prompt. The two guys that came were courteous and they informed me of the process they were gonna do. We are very pleased with them and will recommend them to anybody else.

This cleaning project was completed exactly according to plan. Heavy rains two days prior threatened to delay the project but they monitored the weather closely and took full advantage of a 3-hour break in the rainfall to get the job done. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and competent. I will seek their expertise again whenever I need to have similar work performed.
