+ -1 moreJeff is GREAT! He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He would not leave until I was confident he had answered all my questions and had everything in order. We've frequented the Pinch-a-Penny location in Winter Garden. Each time we have been very pleased with the service we receive. We have them thoroughly test our pool water each time we visit and even if they have suggestions as to things that should be adjusted, we never feel pressured to purchase chemicals and supplies from them. That said, we find their prices reasonable, so we have absolutely no problem using them as our one-stop shop for our pool needs.
Description of Work: Jeff from Pinch-a-Penny Pools came out and helped us get our pool vacuum running properly. He then provided me with a thorough orientation to our pool equipment. We recently moved to the area and purchased a home in the Orlando area. The pool equipment is a bit different than the equipment we had at our previous home, so the orientation was much appreciated.

+ -1 moreOverall a satisfying experience. I feel they push unnecessary chemicals but overall they let you know what you have to do. I spoke with my pool builder after this consultation and they said that all the mandatory steps were correct.
Description of Work: Performed Pool Water Analysis to determine correct salt balance for my pool. Helped me figure out why my chlorine levels fluctuate so drastically week to week.
