I contacted this company in May, 2013 on the recommendation of one of my coworkers to cut my lawn. Jason Sheridan, the company president, came by and said he would cut the lawn for $90.00 per month. They would come weekly during the summer and biweekly in the winter. At the end of May, I called him and said I would pay him an additional $30.00 per month to cut the hedges monthly and he accepted. By the end of June, I realized that they had only come twice and in July once. I contacted Jason and he said that he would look into the problem. In August, they started coming weekly again but the 2 Mexicans he sent trimmed my azaleas also, luckily only once. The first week of September they were again a no-show. I contacted Jason on Sunday, 9/8, and we made an appointment for Wednesday, the 11th. He never showed. The final straw with this company came on 9/13. When I got home from work, I found the 2 workers there. They had taken it upon themselves to cut down about 1/4 of a healthy grapefruit tree. When I confronted them, they said that Mr. Jason had told them to trim it since to them it was a hedge. If this is the competency level of these workers, you better be there while these morons are working on your property. When I called Jason later that day, he apologized profusely for everything but the damage had already been done. If you hire this company, you better be home when they come. They have no clue what type of plant they are working on. Good luck if you are stupid enough to engage their services!!!
