Description of Work: Replaced main spring, rerouted 2 cables, replaced lights, redid door opening code, lubed and cleaned cables, spring and rollers.

Description of Work: Checked for bathroom leak that had soaked the carpet in adjoining bedroom. Did an excellent job of checking all alternatives for the leak and explaining the situation. He was great at arriving at a solution that has resolved the situation. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I called on Monday to inquire about installing windows on my garage doors. They were installed on Thursday. I payed less for two doors than others had quoted for one. Great job Metro! Wendy is the bomb by the way! She showed superior customer service all the way around.

Description of Work: The technician was right on time and started the installation immediately. Jason was very professional and knew all details of his task. Within 1.5 hours the entire job was complete and he cleaned up the area quickly. I would recommend Metro Garage Door. Their estimated price is exactly what was charge for the garage door opener and installation. There were no surprises to deal with.

+ -1 moreMetro Garage Door did a wonderful job. I looked a three different companies and I liked their price the best. The repairmen took one day to do the work and cleaned up very well after themselves. In fact, I have just recommended the company my contractor.
Description of Work: Metro Garage Door replaced my old rotten wood garage door, motor and opener with a brand new 10x10 aluminum no rust garage door, a new motor and a new opener. They also removed the old door and took it away.
