Paid $75 planning fee. Estimates were way out ol line on the proposal. Revised and reduced plan and agreed on cost and paid in full. Lowes called next day to say they had failed to scan a portion of the plan and asked for additional $1500. I canceled the contract and received refund on my credit card. .

I couldn't get them to give me an estimate. I talked to the store managers but I did not get an estimate from those people. They did not give me an estimate even after waiting 3-4 weeks. I then went to another large department store and I had bought the cabinets within an hour. I will not use them again.

The selection is good. I have been using them for about six years.

I last went to Lowe's last end of May. The people there are always very nice, very helpful and very informative.

Lowe's is great. I had no difficulties using the gift card. My experience there was tops.

The motor and the pump that I had was not big enough to power the cleaning of the pool.

Daniel S. was extremely patient in helping us to select the color, texture, and quality of the carpet we needed. The carpet matched our walls and tile very well. The installers which we will review separately did an excellent job. This is the softest carpet we have ever had. It also adds so much to the look of our home. In addition to Daniel S., Rachel K., Megan M., and Christine C. all went out of their way to make the ordering, pricing, and installation go smoothly without a problem. The level of customer service is superior. We are completely satisfied with the job.

We got off to a rocky start, with the first ordered door coming in damaged. The rough opening only provided about 60", which was a non standard size. The Company Representative (Chris Howell) spent a considerable amount of time working with a vendor who had to custom build a door. The door arrived within two weeks of order, and was installed in a professional manner and met or exceeded expectations.

Lowe's sent out a sub contractor to install brand new Pella windows. I asked specifically for a company that would not give me any problems what so ever. The men that came out did a wonderful job. Their price was great, almost half of an estimate we received several years ago. It was a great experience and we had no problems at all. I would use them again if I needed any more windows replaced.
