lins'expert pavers

I originally hired a "so-called" contractor that had been referred to me by the weekly maintenance company used for the pool. The "so-called" contractor totally messed up the pool deck by sealing sand over the top of the pavers.. There were a few areas where pavers were collapsing and soft areas around the pool deck that the "so-call" contractor was suppose to fix and didn't. I had to hire a contractor to restore the pool deck. I was given the name of Pedro of Lins' Expert Pavers by a contractor who had restored the pool deck to fix the soft areas and collapsed pavers (the contractor who restored the pool deck didn't do this type of repair). I called Pedro of Lins' Expert Pavers and spoke to him about coming to the home for an estimate. He was at the home within a couple of days and stated he could fix the entire area for $1500. I told him that he had been referred and that we needed someone that really would get it done and done right. I also told him that we previously had another contractor referred to us and he did a horrible job. He said there would be no problem and he would make sure I was satisfied. I was shocked with the job they did. They took up large areas of pavers and added sand, packed it in so is was firm, then set the pavers. It was a much bigger job than I anticipated. When it was done, the entire pool deck was firm. Sand had been swept in-between the joints of the pavers, the excess sand was swept away and it was all hosed off. It looked great! Pedro and his crew did a great job. I informed the contractor, that restored the pool deck, that Lins' Expert Pavers did a great job and thanked him for the referral. I'm glad I can be the first one to leave a referral for Pedro, he really helped me out.
