JACKSON LANDSCAPING

The crew was friendly, family oriented and got the job done on time! This is the type of business "good old" Florida USED to have! Everything went well and our plants and trees that were planted look great and it has been over a year! We got a fair price for the work done! WE would absolutely use them again!!!!

they came to install the grass the morning when grass was delivered they had to send 2 pallets back because it looked so bad,I was told they were to replace these 2 pallets at a local place.we watered everyday as instructed.the grass looks very dry at so many places.i called twice and was told it s because we don't water.i was promised the guy who installed would stop by.never came but said he didn't. The check was cashed within 2hours on the same day but they re done with me.i am so p*****.my husband and I retired and used our. Hard earned pension to do this work.

We were shopping for a landscaper to re sod and plant around a newly built swimming pool. We scoured advertisements, asked for referrals and NO one called us back-EXCEPT Jackson Landscaping. I called on a Sunday and left a message expecting a call back on Monday-but to my surprise Clayton Jackson called me back as soon as he got out of church. I told him I was in somewhat of a hurry and he came right out within a day and did an estimate. He had the best prices as later I did get landscapers out but they could not beat his deals. His team is his family and extended family. They are where they are suppose to be when they say they are going to be there! They work hard and are friendly and the quality of the plants and sod were superior! This is an honest company who do an honest days work and provide quality sod and plants. I would absolutely hire them again. I wish I would have known at the time that they also do sprinkler repair as I would have hired them for that too! They are knowledgeable and they are native Floridians so they know their "stuff"! Clayton Jackson also kept me constantly informed if they were running late or with any issues. The job was completed on time! I asked them back to do a small area of pavers and they ended up getting 6 additional small paver jobs just on my street!

Good start to everything including design. When they were leaving I showed Clayton Jackson that one of the palms in the front was leaning. He agreed and said he'd be back, but never came. When the paver patio was being installed the crew caused significant damage to my aluminum lanai enclosure. Brought this to Clayton Jackson's attention. He had someone out to repair the damage, but it was a very poor job. Tried several times to get him to fix the damage through an aluminum contractor, but he never called me back. Left 6+ messages and sent certified letter to no avail. I would never recommend this company again. He Jackson did five jobs that I know of in our neighborhood (Belmere) and I know two of us had the same experience.

Employee (Mike) was very friendly and informative when asked questions. Owner, Clayton Jackson, was also attentive and was present approx. 90% of the time the job was being done. We are overall happy with the look of our landscape and get many compliments on it from our neighbors. This company has since done several other landscaping jobs in our community. Since our job was completed almost 1 year ago (Nov. 05), we have had one palm tree die. We are trying to get in touch with Mr. Jackson by phone to inquire about warranty information, but he has yet to return our calls. I hope that this report stays positive, and he does return our calls to help us replace the tree. Other than this one complaint about responsiveness, I would recommend them for a landscaping job.
