They are pretty good.

Initial termite treatment was $382. There will be 3 more quarterly treatments of $65. They discounted their service and also picked up some additional costs at their own expense when the work was more than they estimated. They also do our regular pest control, and it is very reasonable. Overall, a very professional company. Pest control is a separate fee, but is very reasonable also.

They have been good to us. I pay them yearly. The staff is very professional. They come and do the work that they need to. They clean up after themselves. They are very knowledgeable and very punctual. Their price is comparable to everybody else.

They do the pest control for me and they are good. I have a contract with them. So, they come out every few months, but they come out more often because I have ant problem. I pay $170 every quarter. Their work is good. I was planning to stop using them because they could not control the ant problem. However, I called the supervisor and they finally got the situation under control. They are really friendly. They always ask before they spray the chemicals. They tell me when they are putting something down. They are really good that way. They come out whenever I call them. If I see an ant, they come out the following day. I will continue using them in the future.

We have a internal pest control system in the walls which HomeTeam fills every quarter. While here they also spray the garage, check for wasp and spider nests, treat the lawn for ants if necessary and spray all exterior doors and windows creating a barrier for insects. Our technician William, is the most professional, personable man I have met. He enjoys his work, is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job. We actually look forward to his quarterly visit. If needed you can call this company any time during the quarter and they will come and spot treat the problem with no additional charge. We have been customers of this company since 2009 and are very pleased with this company, we have already recommended it to our neighbors.

They come in cycle. We have in-wall and they put it in-wall and they spray out in the exterior so some of it is in the bushes. We have been using them for a good while now, since we moved into the house. We pay their charges once a year. Living in Florida, we have never had bugs in the house. The quality of work has been fine. I think their price is fair because my husband investigates all that. They are very responsive. If we see anything between treatments, we call them and they come out and take care of it. They are very good on punctuality. They call before they come so that we can open the pool screen doors and they can get in to spray.

The service is good. They are courteous and the communication is good. If you sign a service contract with them they extend a discount. They stand behind their customer service.

OUR LAWN BASICALLY LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, AND WE DO NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH BUGS OR PESTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY PERFORM THE SERVICE AND LEAVE A BILL, SO I DON'T NEED TO BE HOME WHEN THEY COME.

We have used HomeTeam Pest Defense (formerly known as Hatley Pest Control) for our pest control service for over ten years. They come and service our home once each quarter at a very reasonable price. When we have intermittent pest problems, we notify HomeTeam of the problem and they come and treat our home within 24 hours at no additional charge. Their service has consistently exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them for pest control needs.

HOMETEAM IS ONE OF THE FEW COMPNAIES THAT SERVICE OUR IN WALL TUBE SYSTEM. THEY ALSO DO A VERY NICE WALK AROUND THE HOME. THEY CLEAN ALL WASP NESTS, SPIDER WEBS AND ANY AREAS IT LOOKS LIKE A PEST PROBLEM COULD OCCUR. THEY DO A NICE PREVENTATIVE JOB. I WOULD SAY THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT. HE WAS PLEASANT, ON TIME AND DID A GOOD EVALUATION. HE ESTABLISHED THE PLAN TO RID OUR HOME OF THE PESTS. HE WAS WELL VERSED AND EASY TO REACH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

MY SERVICE IS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF IS PLEASANT AND POSITIVE. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH WITH THEIR WORK, AND I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED. I AM PLEASED SO MUCH THAT I HAVE NEVER REQUESTED A FOLLOW UP VISIT.

GOT RID OF ALL PROBLEM AREAS. THE EXTERIOR RING OF PROTECTION KEPT ALL INSECTS OUT OF HOUSE. THEY DO NOT HAVE TO COME INTO YOUR HOME LIKE MOST OF THE OTHER COMPANIES.
