Description of Work: The Tech came in, measured the carpet & then told me the price. I agreed and he went to work doing the cleaning. He was very professional.

Description of Work: I used First Impressions Carpet Cleaners. They did come back to clean 2 very small areas and there was no hassle. They are very businesslike and want customer satisfaction. Their price was a little high, but that is probably because I had been using a less expensive cleaner who did a good job also. The previous cleaner had an accident with his vehicle and is now out of business.

Description of Work: They cleaned wall to wall carpets in four rooms (419 sq ft) and one chair, these were also protected. They moved the furniture in one large room. These carpets had many different stains including pet stains. They were able to remove all stains and return the carpets to an almost new condition. The results were very impressive. They also removed and cleaned two large and one small oriental carpets, This is where they really came through, I have had oriental carpets cleaned before but they did an outstanding job on these (the price for the orientals was $557 including a pad for one large and one small carpet. The price was a little high but the quality was so outstanding that it was well worth it and I would certainly use them again.
