First Impressions Carpet Tile & Oriental Rug

On time. Gave me a price. Worked hard and took time to be thorough. Couches looked like new. Carpets clean and free of pet odors. I have already recommended them to two friends and will use them again. It was a very pleasant and beneficial experience.

They were really good. I really like that they put plastic under the chairs and the sofa, and they offered to come out again anytime for a year.

The company eagerly accepted my job to clean lanai furniture prior to an upcoming event. The technician who arrived was extremely pleasant, but unfortunately his van died after he parked in my driveway. He had to wait on a replacement van before work could begin. The relief technician helped with the cleaning while the first van was towed away. Overall, they were at my home for 4 hours. Unfortunately, despite having two technicians on site, they did a poor job. I was told that spots and streaks remaining were from the protectant applied after cleaning and would all dry clear. After 48 hours of waiting for the protectant to "dry," it became apparent that I was actually seeing streaks where the technicians did not clean the cushions at all. When I called the company to have them come back and reclean what was missed, I was told that they were a "one-van" company and wouldn't be in my area again until well after my event date. I initially scheduled this cleaning far enough in advance that this shouldn't have been a problem. The owner of the company was unsympathetic and implied that my upholstery was cleaned to be best of their ability and probably had mold stains that could not be removed (all without ever seeing my cushions, before or after the cleaning). Ultimately, the owner called me back and sent the initial technician back to my home. I must say that the technician's personality and customer service skills are the only redeeming factors in this company. As I said before, he was pleasant the first time he was at my home,and was equally pleasant upon return. He went over each cushion with me and we discussed them in detail. He verified that the areas of concern were indeed missed and should be redone. He recleaned the areas in question and also addressed some stains that did not come out the first time. It is unfortunate that it took two visits to achieve satisfaction. The owner's lack of concern and poor attitude in general have convinced me not to try this company again.

In a few short minutes you could never tell there had ever been a stain. He also applied a stain repellant to circumvent any future mishaps. I am so thrilled and relieved my brand new chair wasn't ruined. Kurt is very professional... you will like him!

They came and gave an estiimate to clean the chairs and the carpet;.... I spoke to Owners and they gave me the Angies list price and told them to proceed. They came to the house and cleaned the chairs, they protected the other furniture in the house and cleaned up when they were done. The next trip was to pick up the carpet and clean it. It was a natural wool dyed carpet I bought in the Middel East and away it went. My wife had knee replacemnt service and could not walk on a carpeted floor so they agree to keep it at the shop until I was ready for it. When we called they came and for a small charge delivered and set up the carpet EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE Use them

They did a great job. I didn't want to go with the cheapest outfit because I'd had bad experience with up-selling in the past. They were professional, stuck to their estimate, and did a good thorough job. Well worth the price. We'll have them back again.

Wow!! What a great job of carpet cleaning. Our carpets are about 15 years old and we are getting ready to sell the house. We contemplated replacing the carpet until we got estimates in the $6000 range. We called First Impressions and they were very friendly on the phone. They came out the next week and removed stains that I thought were permanent. Our carpets look brand new. I am more than impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for such great service!

They are super professional and always show up when they say they will. I recommend them highly. They use great equipment that really gets the moisture out of the carpet so that it dries completely in a couple of hours. They've gotten every spot/stain out that I have ever had and the house smells great when they are done. They also do my rugs and couches. Very A+ company in my opinion.

The job was excellent. They have been here before and they are always careful of everything around and the surroundings. The sectional looks good. They are worth the money.

They are a nice company to work with, very thorough and did a nice job. I like that they don't use chemicals that smell bad and are over powering. I'm not sure if they use organic but it was very fresh.

We had various spot treated areas, and other pet stains that needed help. They worked very hard to make the carpet look brand new and they succeeded!

Not everybody does oriental rugs because it's challenging but they did a good job. They were very responsive. The price was a bit high but the quality is excellent.

I spoke with Kurt, who explained how their process works and quoted me the price on the phone. Our appointment was set for 12:15, but the tech called and asked if he could come a little earlier. Gladly I accepted. He called to give me a 30 minute window of his arrival. He came in, took a look at the job at hand, and quickly went to work setting up the equipment, etc. He was friendly, professional, and very focused on his work. Before he left, he had me look over everything, asked if I had any questions, and handed me a handy-dandy folder that I can easily put with our records. Everything looks fresh again!

We used 1st Impressions before and that's why we came back. Everything is sparkling clean and looks like new, despite some rugs having been heavily soiled. Aaron, who did the cleaning and took the Oriental rugs to the shop, was extraordinarily helpful and informative. The Oriental rugs were delivered today (delay due to their busy-ness and then our week's absence from home) not only on time but a little early, following a call from their driver. We received a reminder call from the shop prior to rug delivery, which is always appreciated. From what I have seen, you can trust your finest floor coverings to 1st Impressions.

WOW! We are very impressed with this company and their work. We had very dirty tile in the majority of our new home. A lot of the grout was literally black. The First Impressions tech brought them back to a creamy tan. He was excellent at his job and it was apparent he loves it. He showed us the steps and we could see the progress. As an employer myself, I would thrilled to have such exceptional employee. I highly recommend this company.
