First Impressions Carpet Tile & Oriental Rug

Their technician was -(gasp)- 15 minutes EARLY. He was very professional, including wearing shoe covers. The couch was very dirty, as it sits too close to a counter, so everyone has to 'slide' by rubbing against it. The rug had numerous spots from where our dog had spit up. When Aaron was finished, the couch looked new and all spots on the carpet were gone. We are VERY satisfied. It should be noted that this is the 3rd or 4th time we've used them over the last 8 years, and they've been very good every time. We will, obviously, use them again.

They were professional and not just on time; they were early, and they did a very nice job. I would definately recommend them to others.

Very prompt and professional service! Our area rug was extremely dirty due to foot traffic and had several spots from my dog who was sick with cancer. I called First Impressions as a last resort to see if the rug could be salvaged. They did an excellent job! Our area rug looks and smells brand new, which I did not think would be possible since it is a very light cream color. I definitely will use their services in the future and highly recommend!

This company has a great website with video of exactly what they do to your rugs. That is what gave me confidence to try them out. They do serious soaking and pressure cleaning and rinsing of the rugs. When I called they provided me as much information as I wanted, made the appointment for pickup and called me ahead to confirm when they were coming. The owner and a technician moved and replaced furniture as required, rolled up the rugs, logged them on a receipt, discussed what processes/solutions would be required (I have multiple dogs who have had many accidents over the years) and carried them off. When the rugs were ready they called to make a drop off appointment. The rugs were put in place and looked great. My rugs are good quality oriental rugs but were very soiled and with heavy pet odors that had not been completely removed with my home carpet cleaner. They were returned to me brighter, softer, and with no remaining doggy odor, even under high humidity. There was no color bleeding and the fringe is very clean. I am very happy. We are now busy getting them dirty again.

Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! They were able to remove stains that other companies have not been able to do. The technician was professional and plesant. This is a buisness that truely understands customer service. I will most certainly use First Impressions again in the future.

The service was excellent in all regards. The technician was professional and skilled in cleaning chair and ottoman. The four oriental rugs cleanedn at their shop came home in wonderful condition ... colors bright, a nice sheen to the wool, and "fluffy". I would recommend them to anyone.

I've used these guys several times in the past. They do excellent work. Vacuum the entire house first, place pads/plastic under furniture legs and spot treat stains. They take their time with the objective of cleaning your carpet not just getting it over with and getting paid like some of their competitors. They are a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Aaron arrived at my location earlier then scheduled. he called first to ask if it was ok to come earlier, which worked out fine. Aaron was extremely courteous and very professional in his work he advised me of every step of the cleaning process as he went along. he also answered all of my MANY questions. He was very careful of handling furniture and insuring that the corners were protected from the hoses as he pulled them along. Corner guards were placed were needed as the work was done. Also the owner Kurt came to see me at my location for the free estimate. He also was extremely professional and courteous, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM FOR THEIR SERVICES. A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

This is the second time I have used this company. They impressed me so much the first time, that they were my first call when I had accidentally spilled paint on my office carpet. They did a good job of getting out the paint. Andrew was the technician, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Great company and service!

When I first contacted First Impressions Carpet and Tile Cleaners, I talked to the owner, Kurt Gilbertson. He was very down to earth and friendly helping me understand exactly how the job of "carpet cleaning" was done. We gave him the "estimated" area of the house and he was kind enough to give us a "high end" price. So I knew what to expect as far as cost was concerned. (As it turned out, the cleaning job was below his estimate once the technician got an accurate measurement). I was called the day before the cleaning was to be done. The time Andrew was to arrive was 11:00 AM. Andrew knocked on our door at 11:00 AM I was a little concerned when just one technician showed up, but that one person was a real pro. My husband and I sat on our lanai while Andrew worked. However, our entire back wall is glass so I could see the care he was taking as he worked. Andrew moved all the furniture with care. As each piece of furniture was returned, he placed either a small foam block or a small flat piece of plastic under each piece where it touched the carpet. When he left, we received several things: (a) our receipt (b) a carpet care guide, and (c) a bottle of really good stain remover for out future use. I am so happy that we chose First Impressions Carpet and Tile Cleaning. Their ad promises the most thorough carpet cleaning or it's free. Now I'm a believer.

The two technicians showed up on time and reviewed everything I wanted cleaned before starting. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before leaving. My floors look beautiful! I will definitely use them in the future.

It went great. Very affordable rates. They moved the majority of the furniture, which made it very convenient and easy for me. They were scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m. and the tech ran the doorbell at 8:59. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Will recommend to anyone.

I was impressed at the quick response, professionalism, and expert service. The carpets was quick to dry and looked very close to brand new. The cleaners were respectful and knew exactly what they were doing. What I like about First Impressions is that there is an occasionally message sent out in a subtle and unobtrusive matter that includes a reminder that it may be time for a service. It's something like a letter from your dealership reminding you about your 10k mile check-up. You know it should be done and it's refreshing to read the reminder message that's not pushy or annoying. It is time for another service and I will call and use the valuable coupon.

I thought their pricing was competitive with the other bids that I got so I went with them. I thought they were very accommodating and professional. They really wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the job so I thought they did a good job overall.

A representative of the company came out to give me an estimate. Once approved, they carefully rolled each rug and took it in their van. The rugs arrived on the day promised and they were both beautifully cleaned. The grape juice was gone without any damage to the carpet. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again. They were professional, reliable, ethical and they did what they promised.

I have a 2 story house so it is a lot. They are always on time and they always tell me the price upfront. They really knock themselves out to get the pet stains out. They do a real nice job. People walk in my house and go wow. The stains don't come back. They cost a little more but they are really worth it. They are the only people that I ever use here. A friend recommended them.

Made phone call to business, person who answered phone was very helpful. We needed a ASAP appt. she was able to schedule appt within two days. Answered all of our questions about our job. Very pleased with the outcome.

The people were nice and seemed helpful until a problem developed, then what? I dont think they knew how to deal with the problem.

We did some remodeling in the "man cave" and I didn't think the carpet could be saved. It looked great when he finished. Removed all the stains.

They sent a young man named Andrew. He came out on time and he was very efficient. Andrew went above and beyond expectations. He cleaned the master bedroom, the livingroo, the dining room and the hallway. He moved a very heavy couch with recliners and reclining chairs to be able to have access under the them to clean the carpet. After cleaning and replacing the furniture he put them on blocks to allow the carpet to dry. He also moved our dining room table to clean the carpet under it and put it back and put little plastic sheets to protect the wooden legs from any moisture damage. I have been using this company for 13 years and with this kind of service I will continue to use them.
