Description of Work: "They picked up my Oriental Rug when they said they would. A small portion of the fringe was unraveling and it looked like the trim would all have to be cut off but Kurt knew a carpet repair person who was able to fix the damaged area (and it looks great) for a very reasonable price. These people are great to work with, even talking with them on the phone is a pleasure. I have several Oriental rugs in my home and I plan to send every one of them to Kurt.

Description of Work: - I called them and spoke to the lady, who was very nice to speak with, she explained the services and rates. We finalized everything, she and I think it was her husband the owner, explained to me that they will move the exam tables in our office and clean the carpets. - The gentleman came at the appointed time and did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpets, including the one in one of the rooms which had stains on it. But, he said he will NOT MOVE the exam tables but will clean the rest of the carpet. Well, I did not have any choice then, either get the job done or call the owners and go to and fro with them. I guess, the exam tables will need to be moved by us and the carpet underneath cleaned. I was a bit irritated, that even after speaking and arranging with the owner and the lady, up front about this the Technician would not do it. But he did a good job on the carpets he did clean. All in all, a B+ or A job, which could have easily been a A+ job experience had the Tech followed and delivered.
