Mike worked nearly 3 hours on the couches and they came out much better than expected (had never been cleaned in 8 years of use). Rugs came out pretty clean with only soil remaining in high traffic areas.The rugs were supposidy only 2 years old but were pretty soiled for their age. Mike was very proffesional and worked hard. In all, the job took about 5 hours. Mike was very careful not to damage the house with his equipment.

They did a great job. They made the rugs look like new. They are very pleasant to deal with. They had a reasonable price. I would use them again.

The service was great and as promised. The service technician was very professional and answered all my questions. He was prompt, courteous and very detailed in his work. If there was a spot that was difficult to get out, he applied spot treatment and went back to it after a few minutes.

They gave me a good and accurate estimate. They were quick and efficient to work with. I give them A's down the board.

They were fabulous. I called them and they came out that afternoon. They had them ready within two weeks and it was cheaper than I've ever had them done. I had them take the dog smell out and I can't smell a thing.

The work performed was very good. Was more expensive than the company I used to use which closed down. They have a separate pricing system for stairs so I think one should inquire about not just cost per sq ft but what they charge for other items.

After purchasing a new home we contacted this company to clean the carpet. The customer representative that took my call was extremely helpful and very courteous. The tech (which turned out to be the owner because he stepped in to do the job due to our time constraint) called prior to arriving and arrived exactly on time. Kurt clearly introduced himself and carefully examined the carpet with me. We discussed trouble spots, and he immediately started measuring the house. Thereafter, we inquired as to whether they cleaned tile grout. He said that they do, but, he did not bring the correct equipment - since we had not scheduled a grout cleaning. Obviously, we understood, and were in the process of scheduling another appointment for that service. Instead, Kurt went out of his way to have an additional tech stop by the house, who happened to already be out on another job, to bring the appropriate equipment to complete our unexpected request. Kurt and his team worked seamlessly. The 6 year old + carpet and tile look wonderful. Extreme care was taken during the job to protect even the wall corners from the equipment. It is clear this Kurt and his team take great pride in their work and the level of customer service they provide. What was simply supposed to be a carpet cleaning turned out to be an overhaul of a house. However, Kurt and his team gladly and professionally completed the job in an exceptional manner.

Kurt did an excellent job. he was punctual, friendly and professional. He even returned the next day after my dog had an accident on my newly cleaned carpet. Highly recommended.

He started as soon as he arrived reviewing the needed work. He then started immediately. To my surprise the carpet I thought we would need to replace came back looking as it did when it was originally installed. I wasted six weeks or so to record this report to see if the stains would return, but the carpet still looks very good. I will be using them to clean and seal the grout in the kitchen, family room, breakfast room and two bathrooms in January.

They arrived with a truck which feeds and collects the water and chemicals. They worked for several hours. They paid special attention to some tough stains I pointed out. When they cleaned the tile in the hall, some overspray stained the carpet in the adjoining room. This didn't show up until the next day. I called and they were back within a few hours, and cleaned it up perfectly. Our seven year old carpet looked nearly new, and the tile grout was a brand new color I've never seen before! It looked great. It was expensive, but worth it.

Everything was fine. I have used them several times in the past 10 years. Their prices are a little high, and they have risen higher, which is one reason I haven't used their services for awhile.

They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced.

The technician was extremely professional, wearing "booties" throughout and providing me with extra sets of booties to wear while carpet dried.

Aaron came and gave us an estimate a couple of weeks ago. Kim called the day before to confirm our appointment, and Aaron arrived on time today, moved all the small furniture and put some of the larger furniture up on small styrofoam blocks. Some of the furniture was left in place (bed, large couch) and that square footage was deducted from the cost of the cleaning. Aaron was very personable and worked quickly and efficiently, even going over a couple of spots twice to make sure they were clean. He was finished in about 2 hours and left instructions on how long to let the carpet dry before putting the furniture back in place. He also said that if there were any remaining spots that became apparent after the carpet dries to call them and they would come back and touch up at no extra charge.

The rug came back much cleaner and softer than I expected. This rug had not been cleaned for over 30 years! I will take my other rugs to them with no hesitation. I do recommend calling ahead in the late afternoons to be sure they haven't left early.

The owner is very helpful. They were on time and did a nice job cleaning the carpet.

This is a family owned company and they hold Christian values. They vacuumed the carpets in each room very well before they cleaned them. They dried everything nicely. I would gladly recommend them.

I have used them before, and everything was A+. The owner did the work. This time, one of the men who works for the company did the work. There are several areas he forgot to clean: the area behind the double doors (4" to 6"), the area behind the sofa (we have it out from the wall at a 30 degree angle), and the area of the recliners that appears when they are reclined. Also, this time, all of the chairs were not carefully put back with protective material. They were left strewn all over the tiled areas. I did tell him that I have back problems, and had no idea how I would get them back (my husband does, too). The GOOD NEWS is that when I called to complain, I spoke to the owner, who set a date to send the employee out and take care of all the problem areas.

Experience very good. They fit me into the schedule so I was able to get the work done prior to us having some other work done at the house.

I have been using them for eight years. They are professional, provide above average cleaning and are very responsive.

THEY WERE FINE. THEY JUST DID EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED THEM. THEIR QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY GOT EVERYTHING CLEANED. THEY RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS RIGHT AWAY.
