First Impressions Carpet Tile & Oriental Rug

First, we would like to thank Kurt & Kim for their quick response and great service. We have a Chinese design rug which had not been thoroughly cleaned in over 30 years. The rug was returned cleaned, with colors restored and much better than anyone could have anticipated. We also had a rug which had been soiled by a cat and had not been down in many years. Kurt examined the rug and informed us that , at best, it could only be partially cleaned. He did not attempt to talk us into trying a cleaning, but advised us that it would not be worth the expenditure. Professionalism, honesty and performance- all great. We would use Kurt and Kim again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of Carpet TLC.

They always do an excellent job. Everyone with the company is always helpful, accomodating, and professional. From making the appointment through the completion of the work, they always do a great job.

Ken and Kurt were on time to the minute, were very courteous and best of all did an outstanding job for a good price. We had some difficult working spaces, but Ken and Kurt handled that issue beautifully. The Rugs and carpet look fabulous. I would highly recommend this company.

They are very good. They even got red wine out of my off white carpeting. They are real pleasant people to deal with and they aim to please. I will use them again in the future.

From first contact to the finished job the best word to describe first impressions is professional. It was easy to get an appointment and they confirmed my appt with an email and a phone call. The man who came out did a fabulous job. My furniture looks like new! I will definitely call them again!

Very prompt on providing an estimate which also was the final price. Service people friendly and professional. They took great pains on ensuring no damage to household items, and covered all room corners to prevent their hoses from marking up the corner walls.Received a follow-up call next day to ensure our satisfaction. Mentioned we notice one small spot on carpet, but said "no big deal", but they insisted on coming back and removing the spot (which they did). My wife said our area rug we have had for many years never has looked so clean and bright after First Impressions completed the cleaning.

I found them on Anglies list--called and made an appointment. they showed up on time-did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. Followed up on their performance--even sent a thank you card--never had that before! I will use again.

I had used Stanley Steemer on several occasions to clean my carpets. First Impressions did a much better job. The carpets were much cleaner this time. The technician was very knowledgeable about carpet care and offered advice regarding how frequently to vacuum. He was late for the appointment but did call to tell me he was delayed.

I purchased a house in November and the carpet was a less than stellar shape. The home is only 6 years old and I'm pretty sure it's still the orginal carpet. There were some areas of concern, and while I would have liked to have just replaced the flooring, my budget only allowed for a cleaning for now. First Impressions was very nice and professional over the phone and the gentleman who came out to do the cleaning was great and walked me through all my questions. The quote was reasonable enough that even if all the stains didn't come out, at least the floor would be clean for when my family moved in. The following day when I came to check on the property, I could not even believe how remarkable the carpet looked. It was nearly like new carpet. There was only one small small spot that did not come out completely but it was easily covered by furniture. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a carpet service!

I was quoted approx $220.00 over the phone for the services rendered then suddenly it was $450.00. They places on my carpet that had stains now have bleach marks from where they applied hydrogen peroxide without my permission beforehand. They were not careful with their hoses or equipment at all and marked up my freshly painted walls at the corners pretty bad which needed to be repainted at an additional cost to me. We moved into the home a week after services were performed and my cats are constantly sniffing areas in the carpet. You can tell there must have been a pet in the home previously. They were supposed to clean the carpets for pet odors and apparently did not use the right solution or just did not do it right. I definitely would not use them again.

The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to remove some long standing stains from the carpet and had them looking brand new. I will use this company again.

Needed several rugs steam cleaned, as well as a velvet sofa, and 1 oriental rug. Found them on Angies List and called- left message. Made contact with them next day and made appt for Aug. 29, 2011 for 9:15 am. Aaron showed up on time and took time to measure and inspect all rugs, then gave me a written quote which I agreed upon. I gave him my 10% off coupon from Angies List and this was calculated in the final cost. He went immediately to work, performed tasks quickly and efficiently. Did not leave a mess(meaning excess water) on surrounding tile. Gave instructions on how to keep clean as well as give folder with good info carpet care. I paid him and all is good. I still need to pick up my oriental rug as I did not want to pay the 25 dollar delivery charge. All in all, I was delivered excellant service and professionalism.

First Impression did a fantastic job. Our sofas and loveseat were pretty dirty to start with, but they look great now. The company is professional and interested in doing a good job. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived exactly on time and finished early. They were very professional. The tile and grout was very stained and it now sparkles like new. They applied a sealer to keep stains out and it is working very well. They followed up with us to see if we were completely satisfied (we were). I would highly recommend them for any cleaning job.

I had a party on a Sunday night and a guest got very sick after consuming abundant amounts of food and fluids. I called First Impressions Monday, not counting on anything good to come of the call. Aaron was out Tuesday and went straight to work. He was reassuring, fast, expert with his machinery, and educated in chemicals and types of fabric, support layers and backings underneath fabrics, and future actions to take with repeat mishaps. He knew what he was doing and he was dead- on- the- spot-accurate regarding his price when he walked in the door. There were no additional charges. I would highly recommend this company for ANY cleaning they do (carpet, upholstery, tile&grout). The stain and odor did come out, and I was shocked that they did,but I'm telling you that I would highly recommend you call them even if Aaron had not been able to save my custom sofa, with matching custom drapery in the room. First Impressions was a Christmas blessing for me.

Very informative, cleaned our couches to the best of there ability and cleaned up nice afterward.

Everything went very well. The tecniciam arrived right on time. He measured the square footage to be cleaned so that he would not charge us for areas (such as under furniture that couldn't be moved) that wouldn't be cleaned. He explained the process and offered carpet protection as well as cleaning. We declined that but he didn't apply any pressure about it. He was very professional and personable and the carpet looked great after he was finished. Spot cleaner was included in the price and he even left us a bottle to use if we spilled something later.

We called for a free estimate, which was given to our satisfaction. A date for the job was agreed upon, and the service was performed on time in a courteous and professional manner. We did find a few spots that were missed, and a prompt return visit cleared up the problem to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the work performed, and we would recommend First Impressions to anyone looking to have good work done at a fair price.

Professional phone presentation, initial estimate and scheduling, on-time report for service, neat, polite, knowledgable, and detail-oriented technician, professional equipment in good condition, pleasant on site confirmation of work, expectations, and pricing. The work was performed as agreed, and the results were A-rated as expected.
