Description of Work: I hired them to repair my foundation.

Description of Work: He put in patio doors and windows over many years. He last repaired a floor under the kitchen sink and repaired and updated a cupboard door in a bathroom. He put in a custom ordered glass etched front door. He did these things in the last 3 years.

Description of Work: We have been using John Dolezar's services for over 20 years. Mr. Dolezar has replaced every window and door in our house with new Pella products. He always does an expert job. On the most recent occasion, he installed new Pella patio doors, but Mr. Dolezar can do almost any kind of home remodeling or carpentry. He is an outstanding craftsman.

Description of Work: Dolezar did some mudjacking to lift the deck on our pool which had settled over 10 years. One corner with the garden box had sagged 3 inches! I had a competing quote from a foundation expert firm that was going to cost $900 more. Dolezar offered that his approach would also work well and save me money--he told me I may have to redo the work in 10 years if there is continued settling. He scheduled the work as soon as he was available, showed up on time and did the job efficiently. He charged less than the original quote, because he did not use as much material as anticipated. I was very satisfied with his work. I had hoped he would to a little concrete repair in one area he had mentioned, but he apparently forgot to do that. All in all, though, I felt he was honest, did quality work, and saved me money.

Description of Work: We have used Dolezar Construction for construction work, carpentry work and lock work. He had previously put all the windows in our house. He last put in a new door and did over a lock for a door that he put in previously.

Description of Work: I hired him to install a Pella door and two double pane windows. The glass had built in lines between them and it took him a couple of days to finish.
