Description of Work: We met with Dixie Pools to discuss the build of our pool which was being handled by the general contractor who was building our home. We had requested specific automation features and they were to get back to us. We tried repeatedly for months to speak with Dixie but they rarely returned our calls. The construction and tile work were subcontracted out and the quality is very good but the automation system and piping done by Dixie was not done to out specifications and will cost us several thousand dollars to have corrected. If you are looking for anything more than a basic pool then I would look elsewhere.
