I reached out to Bill on a Thursday after seeing his excellent rating on Angie's List and that he had a lot of reviews. I left Bill a voicemail detailing exactly what my wife and I were looking to accomplish. He contacted me back and we setup a time for him to come by the house that day. Bill asked when we were looking to get this done and I stated as soon as possible, to which Bill replied, "How about Saturday?" Saturday came and Bill was the first to arrive at 7:30am. He began doing the cut-ins and his 2-man crew arrived shortly after that. The three of them continued to prep the home and complete all the painting and touch-ups to the baseboards by 3pm. I have a 2600 sq-ft home and was impressed at how fast they were able to move without sacrificing quality. We couldn't be happier with the work that was provided. Bill was very pleasant to work with...he explained everything to us, supplied all the materials, and most importantly the PAINT! All I had to do was write a check. I would totally use Bill again in future and I highly recommend Bill Higgins Painting to anyone needing some help!

My wife who is 7 months pregnant and I recently closed on a 1700 sq ft home. After painting all of the bedrooms ourselves we knew we bit off more than we could chew with painting the rest of the house. After being exhausted and not wanting to paint anymore I called Bill the Sunday after Christmas and he was in the area so he immediately came out to give a quote on the job. We wanted to have the entire house painted before we moved in mid-January. Bill said he was able to have the house painted the next day! His painters Rafael and Shawn who were extremely professional showed up Monday on time and got right to work painting the living room, kitchen, foyer, master bathroom, and guest bathroom. I purchased the paint myself from Sherwin Williams and used Bill as a reference to get a great discount on the price of the paint. The painters completed the job in one day as promised and at the end I showed them all of the spots that were missed which they corrected and cleaned any paint marks that got on the baseboards and floors. I will need to paint the exterior of the home in a few years and will definitely call Bill for this job.

They were on time they did the whole job in less than 8 hours the job was completed but we saw a few places that were missed I called Bill and he came out the next day to correct all problems. His employees were clean and dressed properly They were very courteous I did think he was a little more expensive than others But you get what you pay for.

From the start, Mr Higgins was punctual, personable, and very professional. He arrived a few minutes early to our appt, which I liked and gave suggestions for my wall color when asked. Unlike some of the other painters in the area, Mr. Higgins was always professional. His painter, Wayne ended up painting my home. Wayne, like Bill, is very professional and had the years of experience to back up his expertise. With over 30years of experience, my two rooms were painted hours ahead of schedule and done right the first time. I would highly recommend the Bill Higgins Inc company for any painting and will definitely contact Bill in the future.

I was very pleased with every aspect of Bill Higgins Painting service. Bill is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was helpful and informative. His crew worked hard and did a terrific job. They painted approximately 5+ rooms in one day. I am still picking out colors for the remainder of the house, but I can't wait to have them back to finish the remaining rooms. I would definitely recommend them.

Bill and his crew are professional and prompt. His price was the lowest of my 3 bids by several thousand dollars but the quality did not suffer. I could tell the job was taking a little longer than expected and they were a bit rushed by the end. I pointed out some areas that were missed and needed touched up, which they did without complaint. The complete interior and exterior was a big job and it was completed to my satisfaction. I will hire Bill again when needed.

I picked Bill Higgins because they were the middle price on my list of three providers. We agreed to have them paint 4 rooms and a hallway and received a great experience. Bill was there and provided great personal service along with all of his men. It is a family run company that provides speedy quotes, great customer attention/service, and quality results. They cleaned up after themselves and also swept up some of the mess I have made prior to them being in the home. I will use them on my next paint project as they shared fun stories with me while I painted the back bedroom, gave me tips on how to properly coat doors and trim, and just made me feel comfortable with the results. My wife loved the job that they did.

Bill and his crew are the best. We used him on our own home previously and called him this week to paint the entire interior of a rental property we own. We called him on Wednesday, when the old tenants left, to give us a quote. Bill came out the same day and we had a quote by 7 pm. He went out of his way to work our job into his schedule that Friday, 2 days later, and got the job done in 1 day!!! That quick service allowed me to start making money on the place again immediately! Very clean team, very professional and respectful, and they do the job right!

Hands down best contractor experience we've ever had. He came over and gave an estimate quickly. We scheduled the job 3 weeks out but the week before the job, we had to push the date out to wait for our electrician to finish. He was really accommodating about it and SUPER patient about all of the questions we had!! Our electrician left some significant areas in the walls that needed to be repaired so I took pictures of it and sent it to him. He recommended they be patched and sent one if his guys to do it. The guy that came was incredibly professional and did an excellent job. When the day came to paint, he was on time and finished the job early! They cleaned up impeccably. I found a couple drops of paint in our front steps and I was just going to get it myself but he came all the way back to clean up a few drops personally. It was a perfect, no stress experience and completely on budget. My house looks amazing. He's our new 'family painter'!!

I called and left messages twice, and wouldn't return the call THATS THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!

Bill did an excellent job painting the interior of our home. When he came to do the estimate he was very helpful in paint color selection. He sent the estimate when he said he would and it was very reasonable for the work done. They were able to schedule the job and complete it only a couple of days later. They were careful and completed the job in about 6 hours. The rooms look wonderful! My only regret is not having him paint more rooms. We'll do that later and will definitely use Bill.

Bill had given me a quote a couple of years ago and I just now got around to having it done. The quote was just a little more but decided to do it. When Bill had given me the quote, I remembered that I was impressed with this person. We talked over email and he came over to do the job today. He was only here 6 1/2 hours and the ceilings look great and the vents also. He and his helper were very careful about protecting my property (paintings on the wall, curtains, ceiling fans and lights plus misc items on the walls). He moved all the big items (couch, beds, tables etc) and only asked that I would remove some small items. They wrapped all the fans and lights and used paper with masking tape to line the walls so all the paint was on the ceiling. Not a drop was on anywhere but the ceiling!! In addition to that he laid plastic on my floors and over my dressers and cabinets. They were quiet and steady. I would DEFINITELY use this company again.

We closed on a new house and when we got to see the house vacant, we went into a slight panic because we realized it needed to be painted....and we had 9 days to get the whole thing done. We contacted a half dozen companies, but Bill was hands down the clear choice. He came out to see the house the very next day, gave us a quote & guaranteed it would be finished in plenty of time. Well, not only did Bill & his guys finish 2 days early, but they did a PHENOMENAL job. He stuck to his quote (a very competitive one, at that) and walked through the house before receiving payment to address any issues or concerns we had (all of which were minuscule). Bill is experienced and professional, as are the individuals on his crew. He had great ideas and suggestions and truly improved the quality of our new home a thousand times over. We recently purchased a foreclosure in Winter Garden. The house was in overall good shape but had not been painted since the original build in 2006. The walls were grungy with hand prints and there were some nail holes from the previous owner. We worked with an interior design firm to plan our remodel and then hired Bill's team to do the paint. We were in a bit of a time crunch for getting the house painted because carpet, shutters, hardwood, and stone had been ordered and we needed the house painted before any of the other work could start. After meeting with a few other painters, we knew immediately in meeting Bill that he was the one to hire. He was extremely professional, had great answers to any questions we had, and assured us he could complete the job on time (he actually finished several days ahead of schedule). The job itself went terrific. We had a few last minute change requests such as adding horizontal stripes to a wall and changing which walls would be painted specific colors; he was happy to accommodate our every request. He has an amazing team that is detail oriented. I'm picky and our interior designer kept popping in to make sure the job looked perfect - and it did. In fact, she liked their work so much, she hired them to paint her home. Bill and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and to say the very least, they exceeded our expectations. We also wanted to add crown molding and redo the hardwood - Bill recommended someone and they coordinated the work so that everything fell in line with precision timing. We could not be more impressed. As long as Bill is in business... and any time we need paint work... Bill will be our guy. We can't recommend him strongly enough... an "A" just doesn't cut it. If you want someone that is easy to work with, extremely professional, completely dependable, and has an eye for perfection... you want to use Bill Higgins!!!!

His team did a feet job finished in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves. The paint looks great crisp lines.

The owner returned my call promptly, we set up a time for him to give me an estimate, he worked me into his schedule as we waited for the HOA to approve color choices. The pressure washing company he used was excellent and I added more work for them to include the pool enclosure and the driveway. They fit that request in the same day, after they finished the house. The team of workers were timely, courteous, and hard working, they cleaned up well. They changed a high light bulb in the entry way to the house for me when I asked. The whole experience was one of professionalism of the highest quality. I have recommend them to everyone and will use them again. Not only on my exterior jobs but also for interior painting. They were incredibly responsive and provided customer satisfaction. They were very responsive, they responded to my request and was able to meet my aggressive schedule and got the job done. In terms of price, I didn't get a chance to do comparison but I thought it was reasonable.

I first contacted Bill Higgins to paint my pool deck but he was a too far away from my area to take on such a small job, power washing prior to painting made the travel time for such a small job unattractive, which is very understandable. We talked at length and Bill was very kind in providing painting tips and which paint would be best for my deck should I decide to do it myself. He also said he would find me a local referral and also said he would paint the deck if I were to do the power washing first, to save him a trip, and also save me money. I thought about this and then decided to get an estimate to do the front trim on our house as well, we needed it done and a larger job would also be more attractive. From this point on our communications were a comedy of errors, due largely to myself, which is very odd as I am a very proactive communicator and take pride in follow through. Anyway, through a series of missed communications I ended up giving the job to someone else, my error. Bill had trouble opening photos of the front of my house that detailed the trim areas needing to be done. He took the initiative to review my house on Google Earth and was able to supply a quote from those photos. Unfortunately I had contracted with someone else in the meantime. Coincidently I just met someone in our neighborhood with a house exactly like ours that Bill had worked on. He painted the entire interior of their house including ceilings and his level of work was simply outstanding. Although Bill didn't complete work for me, I rated him A for quality after seeing his work first hand. Bill was higher in his quote than what I ended up with, but i will certainly give him the opportunity to quote in the future, I don't mind paying a bit more for quality work.

Bill, was was prompt for the appointment, very thorough and his estimate was very professional.. I would call him for sure for a future job.

Bill Higgins and his crew were absolutely wonderful, it's my pleasure to write such a great review and I was pleased with every aspect of his work. Bill was very professional from our initial meeting to quote the job to finish. As well as providing additional resources Shermin Williams color specialist to assist us with paint choices. He also was in constant communication with me to keep me up to date with the project. He listened carefully to my needs which I greatly appreciate i.e. one of my children several respiratory problems. He reassured me that they use a low VOC paint and offered to paint his room at another date as to allow for a paint free room for sleeping. I am very grateful as he runs a busy business that he would accommodate my extra request. In addition, I had a weather strip on a door that needed repair and he was more than willing to help out and fixed for me. With regards to painting everything was done as planned with arriving when they said they would and using the colors I selected. They took the utmost care in tarping the areas to avoid any damage as well as moving furniture and moving it back afterwards. Bill even asked if I noticed any issues to let him know. They even finished a day earlier than I expected. I would highly recommend him for any paint work and would be happy to use him again if I have a need.

I had cracks in my stucco that my new insurance carrier insisted that I fix within 21 days or they were going to recalculate my premium (i.e. raise my rate). I emailed Bill since he had painted three bedrooms in my house 2 years ago. He gave me a price to repair the cracks and touch up the paint as well as a price to fix cracks and paint whole house. I went with the whole house. Bill came by on a Saturday and fixed the cracks. On Monday, his two men came and finished the whole house in one day. House looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and walked around the house with me to make sure I approved. Bill is definitely a two thumbs up guy to me.

Bill was wonderful. He responded very quickly to our request for a bid and then was able to do all of the painting much faster than our original request. His crew was amazing! Everyone knew what they were doing, were fast and clean. The room looks amazing and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting. We will use him again to finish the few rooms we didn't do this time.
