Bill and his team exceeded my expectations! We are moving into a new home and have had several delays with the installation of our flooring. Every time I called Bill and had to move back his start time, it was never a problem. He has an amazing crew that takes pride in their work. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything done on our timeline. This included extra work that they really weren't responsible for. We ended up adding an exterior area to be painted, and again, it was no problem and done beautifully. These guys are the best of the best...not only are they great painters but they are great people.

What can I say? Bill is amazing. He showed up on our closing day and quoted us out to paint the entire house minus some bedrooms. They did ceilings, walls and all the trim. My wife was very stressed out about what color to pick. Bill and his calm demeanor listened to what she wanted and he instantly had the color in mind for her. He even had a sample in his truck. She loved it. They showed up promptly at 8AM and finished all the painting by 2pm. They were amazing. We ended up hiring Bill again to paint our bedrooms. Again, he listened to what my wife wanted and helped her pick colors for all the rooms. His team showed up, and had all the painting done by 1pm. Amazing again. The results are all amazing. Worth every penny spent and my wife is extremely happy with the results. If anyone is looking for an excellent painter who loves what he does and knows all the colors and can help you pick them out, call Bill! He's the man!

Bill always responded to my calls. There was not much time, because we were purchasing a home and the walls were not in move-in condition, so I asked if the inside of the entire house could be painted in two days. Bill told me that usually he would need more time for this job, but that he would do what he could. The job began on time and his team finished in two days, just as we had hoped. This allowed us to keep our appointment with the moving company. The sellers of the home left the walls scratched beyond belief and a multi-colored nightmare. Bill's team made the house look beautiful!

Found Bill Higgins on Angie's list and called for estimate. Bill came out within 2 days and was very professional & explained everything, as well as helping us pick out colors for exterior. Within a week, Bill sent estimate for work, which is exactly what the work cost. Bill estimated painting to begin mid to late December, but we were thrilled when our date was moved up to Dec. 3rd. Work crew was Rafael & Javier. These guys did an awesome job. Their work was perfection, and they were both professional, hard working, and overall nice guys. They painted exterior of our home, lanai, around pool, and rear wall. They worked almost non-stop for 2 days, cleaned up everything each day, and were genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. I cannot thank Bill, Rafael & Javier enough for doing such a great job. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the work done. They made our house look brand new ( and it is 10 years old). They even put up new carriage lights and porch light (which we had purchased), instead of putting back old lights and there was no additional charge. when we are ready to paint interior of our home, we will definitely call Bill Higgins ! Bill and his crew did an awesome job !

I found Bill Higgins on Angie's List and saw that he had around a hundred and seventy some reviews. I read a lot of them and saw that he apparently did a good job so I contacted him. Bill was out within one day to give me the estimate. Bill is one those guys that you instantly like upon meeting him. Very personable and friendly. He explained everything in detail and gave me a price that I thought was fair. He said he could start the job within a week or two. Not being in a hurry, I told him that was ok. When he called and told me when they would, I asked him to come by because I had some further questions. He was here in a couple of days, answered my questions and guided me in a better direction regarding our color selection than I was headed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to combining colors. Then when the scheduled day arrived, three of Bill's crew arrived (on time) and introduced themselves. All three very nice guys and friendly. They worked hard all day and did not make any mess. They showed up the next day and did the same again, painting the soffits, gutters, and all the trim. On the second day, Bill was there before the crew just to check the progress. He and I were both satisfied with the work. About mid morning, Bill stopped by again and I gave him his check for the work even though they weren't finished with the job. I wouldn't normally do that but I felt confident enough in dealing with Bill that I sensed that if there was an issue by chance, he would take care of any problem. I am completely satisfied with the work that Bill and his crew did painting our house. I would highly recommend Bill and his company to anyone.

Bill came to my house personally to do the estimate. Besides being such a nice person, he was also professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He followed up with me to see if I had any questions. On the day he and his crew came to paint, they arrived at 7:30 am. They did a fabulous job! There were some areas where I had left screws or hooks in the wall and they took them out for me. They moved all of my furniture, painted, vacuumed and then put everything back where it belonged. They did a final walk through with me to make sure I was completely satisfied which I was. I highly recommend Bill Higgin's Painting Inc. and will be calling on them again.

I hired Bill Higgins Painting to paint a recently purchased home in Lake County Florida. From the moment that I called and spoke directly with Bill, I felt completely at ease. I wanted to paint approximately 2400 sq ft and I have very high 20 ft ceilings and a small spiral staircase. He came to my home and evaluated the areas that I wanted to paint and sent me a very fair estimate by email. He even called to make sure that I got it and that it didn't go into my SPAM folder (which it did.) Scheduling was fast and convenient and he worked with me for the best time. Bill arrived with his crew whom I found to be very quiet, personable, and professional. They even helped me move a large mirror that I wanted to repaint. The work was fast, efficient and high quality. I would hire Bill Higgins Painting again for any of my painting needs and would recommend them to anyone wanted a truly professional experience. In fact, I have already recommended them to several friends!

Bill and his team did a fantastic job. We had them out twice because we were so pleased that we added more. They were extremely detailed, neat, friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again.

Bill Higgins has been professional and courteous since the day we contacted him. He did an amazing job of painting our house, despite having to overcome some serious rainy weather. The employee was very punctual. He was one of the most respectable , kind and pleasant business representatives I've encountered. The work was completed on time and a very professional job was performed.

I called Bill Higgins painting to request an estimate for interior painting. My call was returned promptly and we scheduled an appointment for Sunday, 6/7/15. Mr. Higgins arrived within the agreed upon window and was very professional; he looked over the areas to be painted - great room area and some downspouts outside. We chatted about color choices and painting vs. staining wood beams. He asked for my email address and said he would send the estimate during the week. On 6/14 I called Mr. Higgins and explained I had not yet received the estimate. I left my contact information again (phone numbers and email) and asked for a return call or email. I heard nothing. On 6/21 I called again, thinking perhaps he had some emergency and was behind schedule, explaining that I still had not heard anything and would appreciate a call back even to let me know he was not interested in this job. Today is 6/25 and I have not received any communication from this provider. This was a waste of my time, and his. I cannot understand why a business person would go through the trouble of meeting with a prospective client and never have the courtesy to follow up. A phone call takes just a few minutes. To say this is frustrating is an understatement. I will pursue other providers who did furnish estimates and communicated promptly.

Bill and his crew were super prompt and were diligent in all the work. They were easy to deal with and courteous in all respects. Our single story home was washed, patched and painted in three days and looks great.

Paint job is really good, the cleanup was exceptional. Overall very good job.

They caulked the baseboards and painted as well as touched up other areas. I called them in an emergency basis and they came promptly, I had used them before and went back to them since previously they did a good job. I knew i could trust them and it would be one less head ache.

Excellent, reliable, very responsive and resaonable! Bill had painter the interior of our home two years ago and we called him again to do the exterior. We are never disappointed. Great crew and great job.

We found Bill Higgins' company on Angie's List . We used him to paint a laundry room in our old home and did not hesitate to use him again to paint our new home. Here is the thing. I am 3,000 miles away from my property. I lived in California and my property is in Florida. This is where the power of Angie's List comes into play. I looked for painters in that area and found 3 that appeared to meet my requirements based on the reviews. I contacted all 3 vendors and Bill Higgins was the first one to return the call. After speaking with him and the other two vendors, i received a quote from all 3. Bill Higgins was not the least expensive but was the one with the most details, which is very important when you are 3,000 miles away. I put Bill in contact with my sister-in-law who lives in the area and with my property manager. Bill was prompt at contacting them to schedule the job. He came first to pressure wash the outside and my sister-in-law said that they did a great job. Subsequently, they came to paint the inside of the house and with a crew of 3 or 4 individuals, I believe that they completed the work within 1 1/2 day. Mind you the house was vacant, thus no furniture to move and the carpet was being replaced the following week. Most importantly, the end result is what counts. My sister-in-law, my old property manager (who ask for business cards from Higgins) and my new property manager ALL AGREED, Bill Higgins Painting did a fantastic job. what a relief it is and what a peace of mind to have someone like Bill Higgins Painting to depend on and I did not even know him until Angie's List. I would recommend Bill Higgins Painting to anyone looking for the best: the best price, best customer service, best execution, and best follow up. Not only did he go out of his way to do the best job possible, he and his staff came back to our home to finish caulking and touch up. Bill was very pleasant when he came out to look at the room and had an estimate to me that night. He was patient in waiting while we did our vendor search and then when we chose him, was able to accommodate our timeframe. He did the job in 1 day, working from early morning to early afternoon with only one touch up. They used Sherwin paint with primer and included the price of the paint with the estimate which no one else did. His estimate came in the lowest of the number of painters we checked out. The work was done to exacting standards, especially considering the darkness of the paint colors they were painting over. It completely transformed the room and as we are doing it for resale, made all the difference in the world. They painted the crown moulding but didn't have time to caulk but offered to come back and do the caulking and touch up, which they did and didn't charge us. Wayne who worked with Bill was friendly and accommodating and did a quick and excellent job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. After dealing with other contractors it was a refreshing experience. They were quick but quiet and very thorough. If you're looking for the best, go no further - Bill Higgins is the one for you. We will definitely be using him again when it's time to repaint the outside of our house in a few years. Thanks Bill and Wayne for all your hard work!

Bill was very responsive to my message contact through Angie's List. He came out to do a free estimate of the work needing to be done and was able to schedule me in the following week. I have a difficult schedule to work around, yet they flexed with it with ease. They arrived on time and ready to work. All of Bill's painters were more than courteous and are true professionals. They cleaned up each night leaving my home as well, (actually better since the painting was beautiful) as they'd found it. They completed this quality job In three days! I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the experience. Often, you have something done and are happy with the end result, but didn't enjoy the experience....NOT with these men; Beautiful work AND the experience was a joy. They were so very easy to have in and around the home. Not only would I recommend Bill to others, but I will certainly have him back to do more work in the future.
