Fantastic Mr. Higgins and his crew were extremely professional before the job during the job thing afterwards. And they cleaned up very well after the job.

Bill came to the house on New Year's Eve to assess the job and get it priced. Bill's crew, Wayne and Bowman, turned up very punctually and reliably, did superb work and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with them and their work. Pleasant attitudes, trustworthy with great work ethic. Great guys, great work.

Bill Higgins was AMAZING, as was his entire crew. From the time he came to our home to prepare a quote for us to the completion of the job, Bill and all 4 of his painting crew were very professional, friendly, diligent and hardworking. The painters were extremely clean, polite, and had a fantastic rapport with each other. They did an outstanding job on our home (completed the work in 3.5 days), and we would call Bill Higgins Painting again ~ in a heartbeat!!!

After reviewing the positive responses for Bill Higgin's Painting on Angie's List I decided to reach out to see if I could get an estimate for some work in my Town Home. I call the number listed here on Angie's List and left a voice message to reach back out to me on 04/22/2017. 8 days later....I'm still waiting. Based on what I've read thus far, it's apparent that Bill Higgins is doing very well. Maybe too well if there hasn't been a procedure put in place to field incoming inquiries. At minimum, if they're unable to answer or return calls, then perhaps an answering service to relay the messages? In my view, this was a lack of professionalism. Just my 2 cents.

Bill Higgin's painters did a great job painting the interior of my home. They started exactly when they said they would, and they used a large enough crew that they finished a day earlier than estimated. The quality of the work showed attention to detail. They had to do two coats of Glidden paint & primer on the walls, as the previous owner had painted nearly all of the walls a depressing dark brown (yes, seriously), and we wanted them to be a nice creamy white (like a normal person's house would be inside). They also painted the ceilings, and the trim. The house looked dramatically better when they were done, and they left the area clean, and everyone was very friendly and professional. I got four price quotes for this job, and Bill Higgin's Painting was approximately tied for the lowest quoted price, and was 50% lower than the highest of the four quotes. Bill personally followed up with me by email regularly to insure that I was pleased with the progress. I can see why they are the best-reviewed painting company in this area on Angie's List. I would certainly call them again for any future painting needs, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone needing paint work.

Bill and his employees painted the exterior and interior of our house. He pressured washed the house first, then patched any cracks we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was professional, on-time and answered any questions we had. We hired him a second time to paint our baseboard's after we had some tile work done. He even worked on my sister-in-laws house.

Excellent painting company and high caliber owner. Efficient, high quality and caring painters. Color consultant from Sherwin-Williams was a part of their service and the consultant visited our home and was very helpful. Our experience with Bill and his crew was A+.

I called this company 4 times and never received a return phone call. Also sent an email. Very poor service from the initiation. Would never recommend this company and surprised to see they are on Angie's list.

He didn't feel he would be the one to hire to do the drywall, yet his profile indicated he did drywall. He said he'd have to charge double if I wanted him to do the work. But he would do the painting AFTER the drywall work was done. i'm not sure why he listed drywall on his profile? He was pleasant and honest. I was just very disappointed I had wasted his time and mine.

Bill and his team were GREAT!!!! On time, friendly, and most importantly, did exactly what they said they would do. I am very pleased with the finished product/service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality painter. I did not have time to take photos today, but will add them as soon as possible.

Bill's team was punctual, professional and polite. All work was completed to our satisfaction. The price quoted was what we paid and had no surprises. All work was completed within a week. This would've taken my husband and I several weeks to do ourselves. So glad we had Bill's team! During our initial consultation, we told Bill that if they do a good job, we will have them back to paint the inside and that is exactly what we plan on doing later this year.

Orlando did a great job. The ceiling was professionally painted and looks great. Orlando even offered to paint a door and the patio poles. Bill was quick to respond to my request for an estimate.

Bill never sent me an estimate. He may have just forgotten but I sent am email asking for it and he never replied. It's been over a month. I searched my email and spam. It seems like this same thing has happened to other reviewers. It's frustrating when you leave work to meet someone at your house and then they don't even bother to send an estimate or follow up.

6 days later, we have still not heard from him. I have checked my spam folder and my voicemails. I went on his website and left him a message and still no response. I would amend this review if there were some good reason because we did like him. We were very suprised that we didn't hear back.

Bill was awesome from the get-go. He came and walked my wife through the entire estimate and helped put her at ease after she was very upset about the previous contractor. He gave us two quotes, one to finish the job done by the other painter and one to completely re-do the job correctly. Both quotes were the most affordable by far. He sent us the contract and was set to start work on Monday. He called on Friday and said he had a crew available for Saturday IF we were comfortable with the working on the weekend; something the other contractor did not do. We agreed that it was fine and the crew showed up, with Bill, at 7 AM on Saturday. Bill made sure the crew knew exactly what we asked for and the guys jumped to work. Javier, Rafael, and Sean were super professional. They started on the front side of the house since they knew our baby was still sleeping in the master bedroom. They were quick and made us aware of everything they were doing. By 2 or 3 they had nearly finished and kept working while we left for a Little League game. While at the game, they called us to inform us they were close enough they were just going to work through and finish the job that day since we had such a bad experience with everything up to this point. By the time we got home from the game, they had finished. They had neatly cleaned up everything, even the crap the previous contractor had left laying in our yard. They neatly stacked leftover paint we had in the garage for us, showed me how to reattach the gutters and downspouts and then walked the entire job to make sure we were happy. Everything was super professional form start to finish. Bill even came by himself the next day to walk the job and make sure we were completely happy. I can't express how happy we were not only with the job and how professional Rafa and the whole crew were, but how awesome Bill was form start to finish. He really helped put my wife's mind at ease after the terrible experience with the other contractor. We should have hired Bill and his crew from the very start. Everything about their service was A+.

Thank you Bill and your crew. We recently purchased a townhouse in a desperate need of painting. Bill came and gave us an estimate, not the lowest estimate we received, but we liked Bill's professionalism. I have to say we are not sorry! What a wonderful job Bill's crew did. They patched what needed to be patched, painted & not a drop of paint anywhere and they even pulled out my appliances to paint the wall. Would I use Bill Higgins' Painting again, most definitely. Would I be happy to refer Bill Higgins' Painting, most definitely. Thank you Bill.

My experience with Bill Higgins Painting could not have gone better. The owner, Bill, was extremely professional. He showed up on time for the initial appointment and provided me with an estimate promptly. He and his crew started and finished the job when he said they would and the house was clean upon completion. This was a big job and I couldn't be happier with the results. The painting work itself was perfect. I would most definitely hire this company again.
