Bill and his crew were among the most professional, punctual, courteous, and organized contractors I have ever used. I contacted Bill 2 months prior to moving into a new home based on seeing great reviews here on Angie's List. He was extremely responsive and patient, providing me with the best estimates he could without seeing the home because we did not yet own it. We had the opportunity to be let into the house the day after Thanksgiving, and Bill kindly met us there to give us exact measurements and estimates. Although he and his crew usually take off the week of Christmas, they made it happen so that our entire house was done on 12/23 before we moved in. The crew arrived not just on time, but early - both days. Their work was top-notch, and Bill was in constant communication with me by phone and e-mail to coordinate the last-minute details (including a color switch by us). Bill also met this tight pre-holiday move-in deadline by working despite having some outpatient surgery. What a conscientious, highly motivated, and professional group he runs. I would highly recommend Bill and his company to anyone looking for not just a great painter, but a great crew you can trust. Thank you, Bill!

Bill and his team of workers have been one of our favorite finds on Angie's List thus far. He is kind, talented at what he does and completely professional. His team was here every morning around 7:30a.m. and left around 3:00. The project was expected to take 2-3 days and it ended up being three days because of set backs with paint color choices (my fault) and difficulties with matching colors at Home Depot. We have a fairly big house though so three days isn't a big deal at all!!! I would definitely recommend Bill and his team to anyone looking to work with professional painters. I will certainly recommend him to everyone that I know!

Bill has been very responsive. He was punctual for our appointment (even though I changed the time last minute, he showed up on time). Since we had a bad experience with the prvious painter we hired (which is why we called BIll), he has calmed my fears of hiring another painter. When I mentioned the color I wanted, Bill knew the brand that it came from. He really knows his stuff. He has not performed the painting yet, but we will be hiring him as soon as we are ready to complete the interior painting of our house.

The painters were extremely punctual and friendly. Bill helped with paint suggestions and was extremely helpful. They all worked diligently on the project until completed and worked with our office schedule. Overall we are very happy with the end results and are currently working with the company on another painting project.

Excellent service, easygoing, and confident in his crew to complete a job well. Patient as we worked through construction delays and paint color switches. His prices were slightly higher than a few other bids but his ratings were well above others, so I was willing to pay a little more for a job well done. Happy to complete the job in stages as we complete other projects in the house. Defiantly will use when we paint the outside and would certainly recommend.

He was quick to get back to me after my initial call, and came out to give the estimate. He was even early for the estimate, but called ahead to make sure it was okay to arrive ahead of schedule. He was very flexible with my timeline and when we set the date for him to come out, it was done two days later. He showed up promptly on time, got to work and was extremely professional. He did a GREAT job. The painting was perfect.

Bill sounded like a really nice guy, but he provided me with ridiculously expensive quote to paint two rooms only (master bedroom an living room for $800 and painting walls only!!!). I didn't use their services.

They did quality work and the work was really satisfactory. They showed up on time and everybody did what they were supposed to do.

Having read many reviews of Bill's painting, we chose Bill to paint the much needed exterior of my house. Add me to the long list of extremely satisfied customers. I think that what most consumers dread about any service that they will have undertaken is not just whether the service is going to done correctly and to expectation, but whether you will be dealing with someone that you feel like you can trust on your property and around your loved ones. Bill and his crew were totally reassuring in regards to this. My next door neighbor is a long time painter, local to the community. He is no longer as active painting so I went on Angie's list to find someone to do the job. When he saw who was painting my house he said "you can follow whatever advice Bill gives you. He knows what he is doing, and is completely trustworthy". I certainly found this to be the case. If Bill told me he worked on cars, he'd be working on my car. Their work was excellent.

From the beginning Bill was a pleasure to deal with. I first found him from Angies List reviews, and what sealed the deal was a friend had great things to say about him as she had been using them for a lot of their commercial projects for years. Bill answered his phone on the first call on a Saturday no less, and came out the next day to get me a quote (sunday!). I got a written quote same day at a very reasonable price. He and his crew was able to come out the exact day needed (after other work on the house was completed) He showed up first thing in the morning with what seemed like his whole crew (at least him and 5 other guys), and were pretty much done with the whole thing by 3pm. I thought I might only need the walls done and was going to leave all the trim work as-is as I had planned on replacing the baseboards later anyway. He quoted me a very modest price to include all trim and even the doors saying after he painted them I might decide I didn't need to replace everything.....and he was RIGHT! Probably saved me a several hundred to more than a thousand in work I didn't need and made sure the final product looked the best as possible. Throughout the entire process Bill was one of the most professional contractors I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again when the exterior of my home needs re-painting.

Bill was very responsive both in providing me an estimate and then performing the service. We needed the entire interior of a 1700 sf home painted along with trim, baseboards and some shelves. He had a very competent team of painters and provided direct oversight in addition to helping out. Price was very reasonable and he was very flexible at helping me identify what needed painting and what did not.

Bill and his crew were on time, polite, trust worthy, quick and thorough. The entire job was performed on time. The crew was clean and neat and no mess was left behind. They made sure we were satisfied with the paint job and walked through the house for a final inspection making sure all was done to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting their house painted.

Bill is very easy to work with because he is straight forward and does what he says. I believe his pricing is reasonable and the quality was excellent. I will definitely use Bill again for upcoming projects.

He worked around my schedule, made changes on the fly that I requested, come back and completed some small touch ups, and is always polite and congenial. A quality painter and a quality person. WOW! Thanks Angie!!!! Bill Higgins and his crew did a phenomenal job painting the interior of my home. I called him up and he returned my phone call right away. He was able to come over and give me an estimate that day as he was already in the neighborhood. He was so pleasant and very professional. After looking around the house and writing notes he said he would go and write an estimate that night. I found his price to be good and booked him ASAP as he is very busy. His crew came on time and were extremely friendly and very clean. They left everything so neat. It took 3 days and the outcome was just beautiful. I do not have one negative thing to say. The bulk of the cost was painting and my friends came over the same weekend to paint the nursery so I did not need his services for that. We are still considering him for the minor drywall repair and caulking throughout the house.

My wife and I had the good fortune to select Bill Higgins Painting, LLC to paint the entire interior of our home during an extensive remodel. We found Bill to be a true professional in every sense of the word. Bill and his crew arrived timely from the day when the estimate was rendered to the last day of touch up. We found Bill to be fair in his pricing and a man of his word. Bill understood our concern of he and his people having to work over and about finished floors and other brand new surfaces. I found him on Angie’s List and he had positive reviews so I called him and we spoke. He was pleasant when I spoke to him over the phone and he told me he was interested in doing the job but never returned my calls. It was a long drive so instead of meeting me up he said he would be able to look on the website at the model which gives the pictures and square feet of the house and give me a quote based on that. I said it was fine. He was going to e-mail it to me but he never did so I called him a week later and left a message saying I never got anything but he did not respond. I called him again a couple of days later and he answered. He said he was sorry and had trouble with the website but he will try looking at it again and I never heard of him after that. If he did not want to do it, he could have told me straight away.

Bill arrived on time to give us our free quote. We agreed on the price and set a date for the work to begin. His crew showed up and started to work immediately. They had everything they needed to do the job. They even moved furniture and made sure was protected when they did the work. The rooms look wonderful and very professional. I am a "painter's daughter". I am very picky! They did a wonderful job
