I could not be happier with Armstrong, I shopped around and got a few estimates, Armstrong was by far the most professional and the only one who seemed to understand my individual needs. They were the quickest to respond to my requests and there was no "please leave a message with our administration office and we'll have an associate setup an appointment" With Armstrong you get the go-to guy's cell phone number from the get go and he's available to ensure your satisfaction throughout the entire process, I had a lot of questions for him and he is always easy to reach and quick to respond. The installers were professional, on time and really know their stuff. All this and Armstrong was still the least expensive of all the estimates I received. Considering the fact that a new heat pump is at least a 10 year commitment it's not something that you want just anyone working on for you. I highly recommend Armstrong for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Armstrong combines effective sales and then service that actually equals their up front image. Many companies fail in this, but Tom Hyatt and his installers are professionals. We felt listened to and respected throughout the process. The new system looks great and performs even better that that. The "A" ratings are each well-earned!

Second time doing business with Tom and Israel as we had a unit put in for a rental and this time for our own home. Tom and Israel were both very professional and installation was done quickly. Israel took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was done and answered all of our questions. Tom stayed in contact from beginning and to the end well after the installation was completed to followup to see if we were satisfied or had any concerns. Another A++ performance

Great communication and technicians were professional. Highly recommend for any AC needs. They removed old AC, installed new AC, and cleaned up in less than 5 hours!

The gentleman who serviced my A/C was professional and he found/fixed a problem that could’ve become more serious if it hadn’t been caught promptly.

The installation was scheduled the next day. Israel and Fernando were a great team: professional and friendly. They finished the job in about 4 hours and were very precise and knowledgeable. Israel explained every detail of the new system including fancy new thermostat that can be controlled from tablet or phone. We are very satisfied with our new equipment and with Armstrong.

I highly recommend Armstrong Air Heating if you are thinking about purchasing a new unit. Our 12 year upstairs and downstairs AC units were leaking and causing mold. The Leaks were not from the condensate drain lines but the coils. I spoke with Tom Hyatt on thanksgiving weekend, new units were installed that following Tuesday. The installers were Israel Senior & Fernando Vargas. They were very professional and finished the install in 8 hours for booth units. I compliant about my master bedroom being hotter than the rest of the house, so they ran a second vent to my master bedroom. I received 2 free future AC Services, wet switch to detect future leaks, Surge Protector and a box of filters. I also received 2 ecobee thermostats. By the way, I feel like these things changed my life! No more switching AC from Heat to Cool, it does it automatically. No more getting up to change AC, use your phone. No more forgetting to unpress the hold button, it has a timed hold feature. All and All I had very smooth experience with Armstrong Air and Heating.

Armstrong air is one of the easiest companies I've ever worked with they are fair on price their customer service is impeccable their sales team is remarkable and the technicians are prompt and have contact with you and go over everything with you at the end I recommend them to everybody I know and I'll continue to use and reccomend them.

The sales process was relaxed and although they weren't the lowest price, i believe I got the best deal for the type of unit installed. I could have gone with a lesser unit, but decided against it. Received an email the day prior to the install with the actual pictures and names of the installers. They were in time, gracious, hard-working, and did a very nice job. I would highly recommend them over the others in the area, as we had their bids, too.

It went excellent. Bryan the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and detailed in his approach to the entire process. He was sincerely interested in making sure I was taken good care of. I also felt we was honest, a quality extremely important to me as a consumer for this type of work.

Our old system was under performing mainly due to age and had stopped working. I called to inquire about getting a quote and was able to get an appointment for a quote later that day as well as a service call to get the old system back up and running. Within a week of my initial call, our new system was installed and working flawlessly. Each person with Armstrong that I had interacted with was professional, courteous, and worked hard to make sure the job was done well.
