We have been using Armstrong, the original installer, for our HVAC needs since moving into our Meritage home 4 years ago. When we wanted to upgrade our heat pumps, they gave us a very fair price, and we chose to stay with the company we trusted. The installers were prompt and professional, and did a great job.

I have been a loyal customer of Armstrong since 2016 when Tom Hyatt help me replace the AC unit in my old townhouse. Back then this company exceeded all my expectations; not only they charged me a fair price but their execution and attention to detail was impeccable. With my new AC unit they offered me a free full year of maintenance and gave me a year full on new AC filters for my new unit. Summer of 2018 I bought a brand-new house; new construction so my brand-new AC unit was under warranty. When it expired, I decided to call Armstrong and sign up for their annual service plan because that is the best way to keep the unit in top shape. Yesterday, I had the visit from my technician Devin and I couldn't be more pleased. First of all, he came earlier than promised, check my unit inside and out, clean the drains and replace my filter and finally he made a couple of recommendations. He showed me with pictures how my unit in the attic had a few spots of mold and explained in detail why that was happening, recommended a UV light that will prevent that from happening in the future. Also, in the unit outside the capacitor was giving out, explained what the function of this part was and why it was important to replace ASAP. I asked him to replace the capacitor which he did in less that 5 min and I could see the difference on the performance of the unit after the part was replaced. I was only charged for the labor since my unit is so new and he gave me a 15% discount because I have a service plan with them. Once again, this company has exceeded my expectations and I will recommend anyone to use Armstrong for all their AC needs.

Great job overall! I had two systems replaced, and everything went smoothly. The crews arrived on time and finished sooner than expected. Two of my other quotes indicated that it would be a 2 or 3-day installation, but Tom Hyatt at Armstrong promised me two full crews and said he could do it in a single day. And Armstrong completed the job in less than 8 hours. The techs spent plenty of time making sure the systems were up to speed, and they helped me set up the WiFi thermostats and the app on my phone. Everything works well, the house is cooling nicely, and the crews removed all of the old equipment and left my place nice a tidy. I will definitely use Armstrong again in the future, and I am happy to recommend their services to others.

Tom Hyatt, Director of Residential Sales and Marketing closed the deal on what we purchased, and after the installation I informed him we had a maintenance contract so he subtracted the cost of a 1 year maintenance contract from the agreed upon price. We had 2 installers, Israel Senior was the lead, and he was assisted by Fernando Vargas. I would highly recommend them to anyone for future installations. They removed the old HVAC and installed the new one in approximately 5 hours. Superb work from the beginning till the end of the job. Any questions I had they completely answered.

It went fantastic. Tom Hyatt the Sales Manager, came to our house immediately, and not only scheduled an install for the following morning but he had his team send over a portable unit the same day to keep our room cool in the meantime. He had the AC installed within hours at a very fair price, and he followed up the next day to ensure we had no issues. I'm very impressed with Armstrong, and specifically Tom Hyatt.

The team at Armstrong Air is excellent! Over the years I have done business with several other AC companies on new installations and none of then have come close to the service I received from Armstrong Air. The installers were neat and the install was very professional, they took the time to explain everything. I am very mechanically inclined and rarely have to call a someone, so I thoroughly inspected their workmanship and it was flawless. When purchasing a new HVAC system having the installation done right is almost more important than the brand. During the installation they found that the new outdoor unit was damaged and immediately called Tom Hyatt the director of sales to get a new one, they did not have another unit on hand so rather then have me wait for a new unit, Tom provided an upgraded outdoor unit (actually Carriers top of the line unit). I am absolutely thrilled and grateful. In my opinion this really shows that Armstrong values their customers and puts them first. I know that when my other HVAC system needs replacing' I'll be calling Tom and the Armstrong team again.

Very well. It took three persons to install the new A/C. We had trouble setting the thermostat. The technician (Vinny) came back and show us how to set the thermostat. It has worked great so far.

Armstrong saved the day! Our AC was not working and not only was it August in Florida, we were having people over for the holiday weekend. Armstrong got someone out right away and even gave us a temporary fix until our part could come in. They went above and beyond when our own home developer wouldn’t even respond. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service!

Manager Tom bent over backwards to make sure everything was completed in a timely fashion and with the utmost care. The rotted drywall was replaced, and the flexible intake duct with replaced with a duct board box.

Very good service and price. I saved &2000 from a competitors estimate. I highly recommend them. There was one problem with the install, a small hole was found in the drain pan that was temporarily fixed then a new one installed today very promptly.

The technicians arrived on time and went beyond the installation of the equipment. They fixed a few things in the system that were not part of their work order. They were friendly and cleaned up after they were done. I am very satisfied with my new air conditioner.

Tom then came to my home and after 1 to 1 conversation and impressed by their professionalism ,expertise and reviews, I decided to go with Armstrong cooling, He sent highly trained professional installer Mr. Josh. I could not be happier with Armstrong, I shopped around and got a few estimates, Armstrong was by far the most professional and the only one who seemed to understand my individual needs. They were the quickest to respond to my requests and there was no "please leave a message with our administration office and we'll have an associate setup an appointment" With Armstrong you get the go-to guy's cell phone number from the get go and he's available to ensure your satisfaction throughout the entire process, I had a lot of questions for him and he is always easy to reach and quick to respond. The installers were professional, on time and really know their stuff. All this and Armstrong was still the least expensive of all the estimates I received. Considering the fact that a new heat pump is at least a 10 year commitment it's not something that you want just anyone working on for you. I highly recommend Armstrong for all of your heating and cooling needs.
