We called Armstrong Air & Heating on Wed 9/14/16 and received a call back from Tom Hyatt w/in 15 mins. He was able to come by that day to give us an estimate on replacing our outdated units. His price was quite reasonable & his team was able to begin Friday a.m. The team that installed both units were professional, courteous and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up the job site, explained patiently & helped program the new thermostats. Tom's follow-up call showed professionalism & cared to even apply for our OUC rebates on our behalf. This company if top notch! They have earned our loyalty, and we will highly recommend their services to everyone.

Armstrong Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new 5T Carrier system on Friday, 9 September. The Team arrived on the scheduled time, got to work, removed the old equipment outside and inside, and installed a new 5T Heat Pump Compressor outside and the Air Handler and Coils in the garage and the Color Touch Screen Control unit inside. The entire job, including inside and outside clean up, was performed in 6 hours and 15 minutes on a 90-degree day. There was really no impact on our comfort. Like other reviewers, we were referred to Armstrong and we had compared pricing with other providers. We are both extremely pleased with the entire experience. Mike and Sandra Wikan Sorrento, FL

Noah and Chad were punctual and very professional. They made sure everything was installed correctly and that we understood how to use the new units. They left our home as clean as it was when they arrived.

Anytime I had questions about the work being done, they thoroughly explained to me what they were doing and why. I couldn't be happier with this company and the work that was done and look forward to reccomending them to others and will use them again.

The installer, Josh was very professional. He was careful & courteous of my home. They were reasonably priced & provided excellent customer service & follow up.

My air-conditioning unit wasn't working so I had Armstrong come out and look at it. They replaced the motor but told me that my unit was over 20 years old so they could not guarantee how long it would continue to work. So I asked the technician to have the sales department call me to see about upgrading to a new system. I dealt with Don who was very kind, he came over and went over all of my options and helped me pick out a suitable system for my home. The installers were very nice and kept me up to date on the progress and showed me how to work the new digital thermostat. I am very happy with Armstrong. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Was great from the beginning when they sent photo's of the two servicemen that would be doing the install and they showed up like expected me, the only problem we had was getting them to pick up their check. Great company.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Armstrong Air. I was very impressed with sales knowledge and overall service from Tom, and blown away by the artful installation of my air handler from the install crew. Work was completed in one day as agreed. My wife loves the new purified air smell coming from our vents. Icing on the cake is the noticeably lower power bills.

I am completely happy with the results. Tom Hyatt came to my residence and went over all of the options. I selected a Carrier brand system and made the appointment for the following Tuesday. Later Tom called and stated that an opening developed on Monday and asked if I would like to do the install on that day. I did, and installers Fernando and Josh arrived at my home Monday morning. Those guys were friendly, hard-working, and professional. I have used Armstrong Air now for over ten years. This is the second system they have installed for me. I highly recommend them.

The air went out just prior to our vacation. However, because of Tom's quick response we were able to purchase the new unit and because of his honesty we were able to go on vacation. Upon return The new unit had been installed and programmed just as promised.

Got Armstrong out to check AC unit that was running too high. Told me that the temperature coil and condensor coil was dirty and needed cleaning. Never finished the job and was told that they will reschedule to finish the work. The only communication that followed was calls to collect the $405 payment for the unfinished job. After I refused to pay the outstanding amount, the tech returned only to tell me that there is nothing he can do to get the temperature down, I'll need a bigger unit. Got another company in to do the repair on a Sunday to replace the blower drive belt, lubricate bearings and sleeves,add refrigerant, adjust drive system and replace leaking suction valve and charged me $329. AC unit runs great now. Armstrong is expensive and their service left much to be desired.

When my A/C went out I called Armstrong Air & Heating. Within a few hours they were here. When it was determined my unit could no longer hold another bandaid I was put in contact with Tom Hyatt. He was out the next morning and explained all the benefits my new unit would do. The installers were out the following day and within hours my house was the coolest it has been in years. They offer great financing options making the pain a little less hurtful. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for service or replacement.

The provider arrived on time and fixed the broken unit and cleaned both units.

There were two different technicians who came out and both of them were extremely knowledgeable. They took their time to explain to me what they were doing and why. They were excellent. The price was reasonable. They always return phone calls. I would use them in the future.

The sales person told me that the unit would be just fine. After he installed it, it didn't cool like it should have. It cost me 600 dollars to put in a new condenser, so I could feel the difference in the other rooms. The information the salesman gave me wasn't that accurate and it cost me more money because I needed my bedrooms to be cooler.

IT WAS VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND WE ARE VERY SATISFIED. IT WAS THE WAY THAT THEY INTERACTED WITH US. THEY ARE HERE WHEN THEY PROMISED. THE PRICES ARE FAIR AND THE FOLLOW UP IS GREAT.

Armstrong Air and Heating came out to determine why the two front bedrooms and office were hotter that the rest of the house. Since the two front bedrooms faced the west the afternoon sun was part of the problem. It was decided that the office needed a return as well. The staff of this company were very professional in explaining the problem with the needed solution.
