Called Tom for a quote on a replacement heat pump system. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and was very thorough in his explanations and in his quote. The quote was very fair, and due to all the other positive reviews, I contracted with Armstrong to replace my system. From Tom and Todd, who were helpful, professional, and accommodating, to Israel and Fernando who were the install team, everyone was absolutely great. Israel and Fernando arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, were very professional and very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions. Thoroughly satisfied with the system, the price, the installation and the whole process.

Our neighbor recommended Armstrong. We contacted 2 other contractors, including Armstrong, for quotes and schedule availability. Todd with Armstrong was the most responsive and was able to schedule our install within the week. I checked the reviews on Angie's List and hired them! Their contract included duct work sanitation and a 1 year Maintenance Contract with 2 PMI visits. We also installed a variable fan unit which has saved us money already even during the recent 95+ degree days. We highly recommend them.

Service person would not verbally quote me on a simple task, something they perform often. Service person would only explain they had a $90+ diagnostic fee and nothing else. She was hard to speak with and will not call again. Found another company that gave me a direct price.

provider Technicians ( Josh Ryan and Humberto Majin Vega) were in time to install new AC unit, they took the time to do a great and professional work to completion. answered all questions. And also made follow up calls the next day to make sure unit was working accordingly.

Tom Hyatt of Armstrong provided the most clear, concise, and thorough presentation of equipment /services of three companies I spoke to. Services were included for duct disinfection and leak repair, surge protection, proper permitting with the county, product registration, Energy company rebate, etc., all taken care of and significant to me in my decision. We did a 15 SEER unit with touch screen wifi thermostat. Excellent 10 year warranty coverage and first year services are provided by Carrier and Armstrong. Price was very competitive and Tom was straightforward, flexible, and quick on decisions to build the package- making the choice of Armstrong easy for me . The unit was installed 24 hours later. My installation team was Izzy and Josh. These were two hardworking dudes. They arrived in well equipped service trucks and were very professional. There are a lot of decisions installers have to make on the spot to fit and seal the units, run wiring and tubing, and these are the kind people you want doing it. Tom came by to check the progress. The finished product is neatly done, all scrap was cleaned up and hauled away. The unit started up and ran perfectly. I am confident if there are any problems, Tom and Armstrong will see that they are taken care of for me. I highly recommend Tom and the Armstrong team.

Israel & Fernando did a great job. They took care of an issue with our other unit while they were here. Very professional & showed they really cared about what they did.

Josh was main installer. Todd was supervisor. Started at 7 AM. Had air blowing cold by 4 PM. These people are amazing, courtious and proffesional.

It was good quality and it had a wi-fi thermostat included, so that thing was nice. The workers were nice. There was a little bit of debris left - not a lot. I was very pleased. They really worked with us on the price and made us a good deal, so I definitely liked them.

I purchased a Carrier Performance Series System from Armstrong a few months ago. I typically don’t write online reviews but I felt it was very important to share my experience with Armstrong. Because few companies today give the level of service that I received from Armstrong. They were there for me from start to finish; most importantly through the small issues I encountered along the way. I got to experience the true heart of Armstrong….their commitment to their customer AFTER the sale. I interviewed several different companies and immediately felt that Armstrong was the best company to work with. When I initially contacted the various companies the ONLY one that took the time to speak with me was Armstrong. Most just scheduled an appointment and that was it. Tom; the sales manager at Armstrong took his time, asking me questions and explaining to me the various options. Then he transferred me to my sales counselor; Todd O’Neil. I left him a message and he called me back within minutes. And that was how Todd communicated with me throughout the entire process; prompt and reliable! I can’t speak highly enough about Todd. He was informative and helped me make the right buying decision. He never pressured…only gave information. I am a very detailed oriented person so I had a lot of questions. If Todd didn’t know the answer he immediately found out. What more could you ask for? During the installation he came to my house a few times to check on things and went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly. There were a few issues after the install…some due to the sophisticated system I had installed. But Armstrong was there to handle each one of them. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my system was running perfectly. I truly feel comfortable referring them to all my customers (I am a Realtor) and friends.
