Description of Work: I moved into a Meritage home in 2013 and in the past four years I've had numerous repairs made to my Lennox AC unit. I contacted Lenox to see what could be done with my faulty unit that continually needed repairs. Over the course of several months and frequent phone calls, emails and written correspondence to Lenox, I was getting nowhere. I decided to contact Armstrong since they were doing all my repairs. I spoke with Heather who generously offered to see what she could do. She in turn talked to Tom Hyatt, the Director of Residential Sales and Marketing, to ask how to solve my problem. Tom personally called me and said he would contact the representative from Lennox. In a matter of days Tom was able to get Lennox to replace my faulty unit and Armstrong graciously installed it for free. I am so very grateful to Heather and Tom for stepping in to help with my situation. I have nothing but the upmost respect for this company. Their office staff, installers and repair personal are very efficient, respectful, timely and personable. I will be an Armstrong customer for life. Thank you so very much for helping me find resolution to my dilemma.

Description of Work: The repairman did an excellent job in cleaning the pipes and also inspected all hoses. Before he left, he poured water into the pipe to be sure that it was free of sludge.
