Charles was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The company was great. I would recommend them, especially Charles and Sterling who came together for the first visit.

I had intrusions from squirrels and other rodents from the trees that were close to my house. Nick and Cory were an awesome team and took care of all the the potential entry points by sealing them and making sure all animals were removed from the attic. They were professional and had great customer service. I would highly recommend their services and was very impressed with each of their follow through. Great service!!

I love ... love ... love these guys. We had a tricky rat issue in our attic and Animal Wildlife Trappers came to the rescue. They found tiny little holes that gave these rodents access, sealed them then trapped the remaining rodents. When we got a new roof installed and Scott Howe found some access points that the roofers missed. We moved to another area of town and Scott made the new place safe and secure. If you are looking for prompt, professional, friendly folks that get the job done right, no need to call anyone else. ... and they follow through until the job is done without additional charges. Repeat customer here! I don’t know why raccoons like my pool and pool deck, but they do. They leave poopy gifts for us, ugh. AWT has been amazing every time we have needed them: in 2017 and now again this year. The techs are courteous, punctual, and humane; and everyone in the company cares about the things the customer cares about. We always know when they are coming, what to expect, and it’s been so easy to get in touch to let them know when a trap has an animal in it. I can’t say enough good things about them. You can be confident you’re dealing with the absolute best nuisance removal organization in Central Florida, in my opinion! I mentioned in an earlier Angie’s list review that before finding AWT, we had hired another trapper who used to wash his poop-covered and dirt-covered traps in our pool. Again, ew.

They were very nice, but the price was over $500.00. I got 2 other prices for $150.00

Tom came out and reviewed our situation. He quickly came up with a plan to seal all entrances and exits in our roof line. once this was done he positioned a special trap to allow them to exit but not to be able to return to the attic. With in two days they were al gone, Tom then returned picked up the device and seal the last hole. We have had no further problems. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who has an animal problem,

Wow! These are definitely the people you want to take care of your nuisance wildlife problem! Our story: since hurricane Irma, which took down portions of our fence (giving our yard easier access), we had visiting raccoons pooping nightly all over our pool deck area. Ugh, so gross. Animal Wildlife Trappers did everything you would expect from knowledgeable, careful, considerate professionals. Every part of the capture and removal process, as well as the associated costs, were explained clearly. We were given communication information, and were able to easily let trapper Matt know when an animal was caught so that he could schedule a pickup. He regularly gave us an estimated time of arrival. And as soon as Matt arrived at our house, he rang the doorbell to let us know he was on our property. He was always ready to discuss the trapping and answer questions. The first day, he set 3 traps and caught 2 raccoons. The second day, he set 3 traps and caught 3 raccoons. The third and final day, he set 3 traps and caught a raccoon and a possum. Since then, we’ve had no more visits from unwanted wildlife, yay! Seriously, Animal Wildlife Trappers. They get the job done. Their trapper Matt was friendly, courteous, as well as careful on our property - and also with the animals that were caught. I always knew ahead of time when he was going to be in my back yard. I did not tell Matt, but the week prior to calling Animal Wildlife Trappers, I had hired another company from Angie’s list to take care of this problem. That person brought only one trap, and caught one raccoon the first night. He caught another raccoon the second night. The third night, the trap was sprung - but no raccoon was in it. This person told me that the raccoon was “trapwise” and there was “nothing further” he could do. So then I called Animal Wildlife Trappers. Matt came out, set the traps, and over the next three days, he captured six more raccoons, plus the possum. (So much for “trapwise!”) Also: the other wildlife removal company person washed his trap in my swimming pool each time. Ew.

It's nice to work with someone who gives you total confidence and does the job well. There was no mess, no fuss, just took care of our problem. Thanks Matt again.

Brandon did a great job in setting up a trap and was successful in trapping 2 of those pesky critters over the next few days. Yay! I'll be calling again, because I saw another BIG one a couple days ago. Ugh!

I would recommend Animal WildlifeTrappers to anyone. We no longer have raccoon entries into our attic. They were fast in responding to my phone call. The "expert", Matt Short arrived when promised. He was clear and concise in explaining the services provided and the costs. The entry ways have been sealed, the one area that was accessed and damaged by the rampant, invasive raccoon has been closed securely. Matt is personable, knowledgeable, and a great representative for your company.

This is my second terrific experience with this company, they had previously dealt with a roof rat problem. Calls are promptly returned and appointments are made and kept without delays. Everything is clearly explained. Philip came right out, handled the problem quickly and cleanly, we are again critter free! The fees are very reasonable and their guarantee is honored. I highly recommend this great company!

They gave me a quote 7 months ago. When they came out to check, they couldn’t honor previous quote because the man who gave it no longer worked for the company. They charged $75 and just told me that they couldn't do anything. Not pleased with the results.

Had problem with critter in the walls last year. He did pheromone rat trapping. Turned out to be a problem with an intercom power supply but Matt came out several times. Then he wrapped all stacks and sealed all roof returns so critters could not get in. This year, with their 3-year warranty in effect, I called when I noticed squirrels had chewed a hole at the bottom of one of my stacks. Matt came out within a few hours and took care of the problem. He also checked all vents and stacks that were still just fine. This company is outstanding and I highly recommend them.

Matt was fabulous. He came out and assessed the situation and determined the best course of action. He did not oversell but explained what needed to be done and completed the work within a couple days of our call for help. Matt was great. They called the very next morning after I sent an inquiry and we set up an appointment for the very next day. He came out and did a thorough inspection of our house and lot and provided great detail of issues he saw. He set the snake traps and recommended some other steps we could take to minimize risk of critter invasions.

Matt was our technician and he is FANTASTIC!!!!! Matt took the time to explain the entire process of rodent removal and answered all of my questions. Went well. All holes were plugged and animals didn't return. Only problem was filling material was done sloppily in a few cases and dripped on roof. Contractor returned and corrected the problem.
