HORRIBLE company to work for as a carpenter. They never have material ready on site, the supers at the neighborhoods know nothing about the job. Also when you finally decide to leave this trash company they will backcharge you as much as possible to keep your check. You won't get a response from the owner nor Aurora who is in charge of the invoice process. Over two months without a response from this lady and everyone just redirects to her. She is so unprofessional that no matter how many emails or voicemails you leave her you will not hear back from her. Horrible experience with the company in general.

The issues you have experienced with us is a direct result of AO Installations billing for work you did not start or complete. So that we were able to keep our customers on schedule we had no choice but to hire other contractors to finish your jobs. Sorting through these issues takes times and has caused delays in your final payment. We wish you well and great success with AO installations.

Once painted, whole neighborhood was somimpressed with the elegance of boththevdoors and millwork. They have a nice selection of quality products and were very friendly!
Description of Work: Ordered custom flexible mouldings to match rigid which a contractor installed around two custom wrought iron entry doors for our home.
