I have called many pool companies in central Florida and these companies do not respond back to calls or emails. If they do respond, appointments are made but nobody shows up or they cannot seem to fix the issue. I am so GLAD that I finally found a pool service that communicates well with you by providing you with updates and actually lives up to their promises. I contacted Leo for my elderly sister with dementia. Her pool was in pretty bad shape. This was a couple days before Christmas. Leo explained he was going out of town for the holiday and would see her afterwards. He decided to go ahead and go there before leaving and got her pool looking wonderful!! He also recommended someone to clean her pool deck and lanai. She is sooo happy with him and the way he treated her. She told me he was so nice and such a gentleman. I had asked him lots of questions on the phone and already knew he was very professional and knew his pool business. I just wish I lived in his area, I would hire him for my pool too!! I know my sister is Very happy with him and his company.

My previous pool care provider had my pool in miserable condition and unusable. Leonardo reached out to me the same day I shopped around on Home Advisor and was at my home the next day. In fact, he was an hour EARLY! He began treatment on the same visit and by the following morning my pool was PRISTINE. Leonardo communicates professionally via phone and text, arrives on time, and accomplishes what he promises. Out of all the companies to choose from I am glad I found Paraguana!

Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable!

To date I have hired Paraguana for pool cleaning, bubbler replacement, check valve addition/installation and lighting repair. There are occasionally some small hiccups with the overall schedule consistency and pay schedule but the quality of the work and level of communication Leo and his team provide far outshine those issues.
