Sunshine State Home Inspections

Hired to do an inspection on a property I was purchasing. He didn't miss a single missing sink stopper, moulding or broken light switch but failed to note a softball size rust area on the AC condenser which was presumably caused by years of a dog urinating on the unit (as per AC technician). Upon learning of the issue I brought it to the attention of Mr. Fuller. His failure to acknowledge his error and/or omission is disturbing to say the least. Zero stars is a more reasonable review. Thanks for missing an issue that could have been negotiated into the sale price of the home. You cost me money.

They did a wonderful job and are very, very thorough. They communicated their findings in a very clear way to us. We are eternally grateful for their services.

His report was very detailed, fact based and recommendation were clear on what needed to be fixed. He was very honest, knowledgeable, attentive and did a very thorough job from the beginning to the end of the process. I will recommend and use him, again.

Ryan was on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. The report came back quickly with an easy to understand report. The 4 point and wind mitigation reports were included and easy to pass on to home insurance company. These guys know there stuff.
