The cleaner was very nice but it was a little hard to communicate because she did not speak much English. However, she did a great job cleaning the house and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use their services again.

Cleaning was very detailed and well done. Reasonably priced for doing all floors, closets, cabinets, drawers, and baseboards.

It was a pleasure having RJ maintenance do the work at my home. They were efficient, professional, did exactly what they said that the would do. All this, at a price that I thought was extremely fair and I was very happy with. An example of their professionalism: they started installing the gutters and realized that the flashing had a tilt. The store that they purchased their supplies was closed for the day. They said they would have to by additional materials and they would take another day. I asked how much the materials would add to the cost of the job and they said nothing and charged nothing extra. The billing and scheduling was handled through Ana who is the spouse of Felipe. She is also great to work with and is always available to answer questions. At the end of the job they told me if I have any concerns to let the know and they would be right out and I believe them. Great company and Great service.

With the hours my husband and I have been working past few months (70+ hours) come the weekend if we didn't work Saturdays, the house was the last thing I wanted to do! I would do a surface cleaning BUT not what it desperately needed. I had to find a company that did housecleaning on Saturdays. Called RJ Maintenance and they did and I was able to book one immediately. Michelle was prompt in arriving, wonderful personality and did what I had wanted her to do! Had to stay a couple of hours more to finish because there was a lot to do! DEEP CLEANING! My husband and I were so impressed that we are going to have Michelle on a routine basis! She never stopped! RJ Maintenance has a very satisfied customer and gained a routine customer!

Ana is great to deal with! She’s very responsive; easy to communicate with and easy going. Her prices are reasonable. She comes with another lady to help and the two I’ve dealt with are very nice and professional. They all are. They arrived on time and if for any reason she’s running late she will communicate with you. I love how clean our house looks; feels and smells when they’re done. This was going to be a one time thing but I decided to keep her on after her first visit. I have back issues so I definitely need help cleaning and she’s definitely a right fit for us.

They clean the fans & baseboards and do a deep clean on the bathroom. We use her on an as need basis. She will come in to help my mom organize as well which many people will not and it is very helpful. I would certainly recommend her to other people!
