Remington Pools

Remington does a supburb job. We’ve had other companies supposedly maintain the pool, but we continually got poor water chemistry messages from the pool’s computer. Now, Remington maintains the pool at proper levels. Kudos to Remington pools!

Pool is crystal clear each week. They also help by washing down our deck. Very responsive by email and easy to work with. Just what you want in a pool service.

Weekly pool cleaning and chemical maintenance is done every week on time and professionally. The owners of this company care about how I perceive their services and make sure I am satisfied. Amazing company and amazing services!!

This company is great. We moved into a new home in Davenport and used the recommended company from previous owner. That was a mistake, they rarely came when supposed to and got very nasty on phone when i confronted them about it. Remington pools on the other hand is fantastic, from the first call to the first cleaning, fantastic service and responsiveness. Never have to call and wonder where they are, they show up around the same time on our scheduled Tuesday visits every time. They communicate if something changes and the price is very reasonable. Would highly recommend Remington Pools.

Our home in Kissimmee Bay is on a long term let which is handled by a letting agent. We decided to keep our own service people instead of using the agents as we are loyal to those who have provided a good service over the years. Little did we know what a favour we were doing to ourselves , Remington Pool visit every week and Salena contacts us if there are any issues with the pool deck etc. We therefore do not have to wait for a quarterly inspection by the agent and know before he does of any problems . This enables any issues to be addressed quickly before they become major problems. We would advise any landlord to do as we do especially if you have a team like Sean and Salena.

They do an excellent job each week. We had a salt system and it stopped working. They switched it to a chlorine system and saved us substantial capital outlay. Very pleased.

Sean came out to look at the pool that I had let get away from me. It was kind of a green/black color. Sean was on time and gave me a quick and fair quote to get the pool back in shape. The work was done well and efficiently. I continue to use Remington Pools to maintain the pool and I could not be happier with their service.

The weekly pool clean is great. For additional fees they will change filters, lights. They let us know if these things need to be done and we decide if we're doing them or not. Friendly employees and responsive to requests.

They are always on time. They have great communication is there are issues with the pool. They also assist and help out if we have equipment issues. Great service, great professionalism. I would always recommend them.

Salena & Sean helped me to clean the "Green Pool" and do the regular pool maintenance. They are very professional and patient. I always have a clean pool after their take-over. Strongly recommend!

After our previous pool service was unreliable, it was a relief to deal with someone who cares about their business. Within 2 weeks of working on our pool, they noticed the water level was dropping quicker than expected. After an check was performed (which was arranged by them), we were informed of several small cracks in the pool which were repairable. Since then we get constant communication if there will be a disruption in our typical service and they even coordinated with us when were having our decking cleaned so the debris would be removed from the pool afterwards.

I was looking for a weekly pool service for my newly renovated pool. I was unhappy with my prior service, so I reached out to Remington Pools through Angie's List. They responded quickly and were able to give me a quote that was very reasonable. They were also able to start the service immediately. I did have some cloudiness after my first service, but they responded right away to an email I sent asking about it. They came out to check the pool and make sure it was OK. The issue was not because of their service, but got everything straightened out anyways. Since that first service, I have been extremely happy with the quality, punctuality and responsiveness of Remington Pools. They even went above and beyond my expectations when Hurricane Matthew was headed our way. I didn't expect the morning of the storm to have my pool serviced, because everyone was preparing for the possible damage. I was out in my yard clearing up some debris before the storm and Remington Pools showed up for my service. They performed the service and also helped by draining a little extra water from the pool, so it didn't overflow due to the expected hurricane rains. I would highly recommend Remington Pools!!!

This is my second pool service. I've been in my home for 15 years and used the same one for most of that time. I was getting annoyed at the inconsistency of cleaning and showing up so I found Remington. The lovely couple came out, took a look at my pool and equipment, quoted me a fair price and honestly I haven't needed to speak to them since. I purchased a new pool auto vac which wasn't working correctly and I asked my son to take a look at it last night. When I got home, I noticed the pool bottom was clean and the vac was working. Evidently they fixed it without being asked. I know nothing about pools so it is comforting that some one else is taking care of everything for me. Also, I have three dogs who come in and out at will and they are very nice to them. I highly recommend Remington Pools and wish I found them a lot sooner.

Amazing service!!! I was kinda skeptical and aprehensive at first when switching to their company and I mentioned it to Salena (owner) because of the horrible experience i had had with Pinch a Penny. We total love the service that is provided by Remington Pool Service. We had a pool service for 10+ years that just did not measure up; we switched to Remington Pool Service in June; this company has more than met our needs! I highly recommend them. They even e-mail us to let us know when they have serviced our pool! We are very happy about the excellent job that they perform; when our grand-kids came down to FL, we did not have to call the pool service ahead to get the pool ready for their visit; the pool is always ready for use! They maybe a small growing company, but they pleases in a big way. Remington Pool Service is a 5-star act!
