We had a really bad experience. The experience was horrible. They violated our contract. They basically took money from us that was supposed to be hours. We'd never use them again or provide a recommendation for them. At first, I tried to ask them to be honest with me, we had a contract that he said he wasn't going to be getting any kick-backs from other suppliers and I ask him to be honest with me and he basically continue to lie. I went to the sub-contractors myself and asked them and they confirmed that they were paying him extra on the side. From professionalism and integrity, in particular, I would say he had 0 integrity. When I approached him about it, then that's when he sort of finally fessed up what he had been doing and tried to make other excuses about it. The good thing is I was able to catch him for the most part because we would have had to pay more money but it was pretty awful.

John had all materials at my house the day before painters were supposed to start. Painters arrived on time and cleaned up after every work day ended. John was there everyday to make sure we were happy with everything and John also answered any questions we had. The interior and exterior came out amazing and the furniture we bought from John looks wonderful in our home. We highly recommend John Ashley Interiors to everyone. Thank You John and Saff
