"The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

They kept me posted how on how the repair was progressing, and took time to explain and demonstrate to me how their system was working on my house. Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations! In the unlikely event I would need another house foundation repaired, I'd call them again."

Joe of APD made a personal visit and gave a detailed explanation of the process his company would use to stabilize the spa. He also advised of any possible concerns. A reasonable price was also provided. We had full confidence in Joe and APD. However, shortly after his visit, a storm caused significant additional damage to the spa and we were forced to go in a different direction and have the spa removed.
