Andrew was great! I needed a few items addressed at one of my rental properties and found the right company hiring them. He was very professional and had no problem working around my tenants busy schedule. Couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend them

Dependable & trustworthy don?t begin to describe Andrew and his crew. He took pride in his work. His crew was courteous as well as kind and sensitive to my dogs with regard to safety. They were prompt and finished within the specified timeframe. The crew was on time and stayed as late as necessary. The areas were all cleaned up before they left each and everyday. Andrew made sure his work was done to his satisfaction as well as mine (he's is a perfectionist). He went above and beyond on each project. His work was exceptional. I would highly recommend him. Looking forward to our next project in a couple of weeks and cannot wait for the patio of my dreams : )

Overall we are extremely satisfied with both the high quality of work and customer service provided by APEX Home Improvement. We received a number of different quotes for our guest bathroom remodel, but after speaking with Andrew and reviewing the quote, his came out the best by miles, not only was his pricing great but the scope of work was phenomenal. At the end of the project the quality of work far exceeded both the expectations of my wife and I. When the time comes for our other guest bathroom to get freshened up, I will be reaching out to him again. What an amazing and professional young man, Grade A+++ quality and service!

Best company I have ever hired! I am very hard to please but Andrew oversaw everything to do with the project from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make the project look perfect. They did this in the heat and did not rush the job, they didn?t even complain that the AC hadn?t been re-installed into the home yet. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He even helped us pick the perfect tiles for our project and we couldn?t be happier. I would highly recommend Apex Home Improvement to anyone.

After two other companies were unresponsive and/or didn't show up, Andrew was immediately available with a great attitude and wealth of information to help me understand the process. Working together we were able to take care of my most pressing needs with my rental properties and set up great groundwork for further and future work. He and his crew were able to completely paint the interior and exterior on 3 of my rental properties being given a very short timeline, I was quite impressed. He was also able to fix numerous problems around all of the properties, from plumbing issues to electrical issues to door replacement. I'm extremely pleased so far and looking forward to working with Andrew on all of my other home and rental projects.

High quality workmanship and amazing communication from beginning to end. Communication is key when working with any contractor. They did an excellent job and highly recommend this company to everyone. I had a different color for every room in the house and they never complained and did an amazing job. Very professional and very clean. Even with his busy schedule he was able to fit us in. Andrew even fixed my garbage disposal for me (free of charge). I will definitely be using them again soon.

Andrew went out of his way to complete this project on time and to our demanding specifications. When our original supplier for the natural stone tiles informed us of a 2-week delay in getting the material, Andrew came to our rescue and sourced it from another supplier which had them in-stock. Once he obtained our approval, he went personally to collect the tiles down in Tampa from here in Orlando. His crew was polite, friendly, and extremely professional in every single regard. Nothing is too much of a problem for Andrew and his crew. We could not recommend them highly enough. Don't have any doubts - hire this contractor for your bathroom remodeling job.

Andrew called me minutes after I submitted an initial email request and actually came out to our home hours later that same night. Of the three contacted handymen/contractors, his wide range of knowledge and expertise was by far the best. He gave us numerous suggestions regarding the projects we wanted completed. Originally, we had him out there for some interior painting and hardwood flooring. After completing those projects we were so pleased with his excellent workmanship, quality of a finished product, and extremely fair pricing that we had him remodel our master bathroom, complete exterior painting, and also building us large custom bookcases for our living room and study. We love our home again, and that is because of Andrew, we couldn?t be happier! If you are looking for a handyman/contractor look no further! Call Andrew at APEX Home Improvement. He was the best and even did not charge us for some extra work that was done. He is a fair and honest guy we consider ourselves lucky for finding him!

Andrew did most of the job and was suppose to come back a few days later to finish. I called him and messaged him a lot but he just ignored my calls and messages. I finally heard back from him over a week later. He them promised me he'd be here to finish in the next few days. Since then he has set up over 5 different days and times where he promised he'd come back to finish. He still has not shown up. Today he said he'd be here by 3 pm and once again nothing. He messaged me he had no one to watch his son till after 5 so he'd come after that. It is now 8 pm and He won't return my messages or my calls. I called a few times and he is now sending my call right to voicemail. He always has some excuse about his crazy babies mama and how she never showed up to get their son, or he had an emergency out of town. I am sorry but that is not my business and I know life happens but you should have the decency to at least call some one to reschedule. Not that it is ok to reschedule with a paying customer as many times as this. I would never recommend Andrew to any one. He has completely screwed me over! Now I have to buy paint to paint my stair rail because he got paint all over it and I have to but stuff to fix all of the white spots all over my house. Which I am not super thrilled about since I already paid Andrew to finish. I am so angry that people can just treat others like this and not even care!! NOT COOL!!
