+ -1 moreExcellent. I heard the loud sound of dripping over the weekend. Since it wasn’t an emergency I phoned the office Monday morning. A tech (Navin) arrived during the allocated window, The pipe was unclogged. Accumulated water was wet vac’d. Navin offered helpful advice on how to keep the system from clogging in the future. The price of the service call was amazing. The emotional result was a deep sense of relief.
Description of Work: Unclog A/C drain pipe.

Description of Work: The technician John was well qualified and knowledgeable. I am a former Navy CDR Chief Engineer of Big Deck Amphib ships. I understand AC/R and did not intimidate John at all. Both he and the company kept me notified of my service and cost. I am very happy and satisfied with service and performance.

+ -1 moreVery well. Technician replaced old thermostat. He then installed and programmed the NEST. All this was done in a timely and efficient manner. Airology provides a 5-year warranty.
Description of Work: 30 year old thermostat replaced with a NEST 3rd generation thermostat.

+ -1 moreWe had a good experience with repair on the air conditioning system a couple of times. Their prices were good. They were very responsive and they fixed the problem. They knew what they were doing. One of the services was provided in July. The other was a different problem but the same air conditioning system back in January. They did repair for different issues. The price was reasonable for what it was.
