 + -1 moreThey did correct the issue, it looks good now. They were very professional. They followed up well, but I don't think I would use them again. This was a big inconvenience.
Description of Work: I had hired them to clean 4 rooms in my home. There were dark patches on the carpet when they left that had not been there before. It was like they left dirty water in streaks.

 + -1 moreI was pleased with this company. They were able to come out and clean my carpets the same week that I called them. They also did an excellent job. The cleaner that they used actually had a fresh smell. The cleaners were also very professional and cautious around my furniture.
Description of Work: I had them clean and do spot removal in 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a dinning room. I have plush style carpet in each room.

 + -1 moreNelly and Joe were professional, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They arrived when they said they would, and did the best job of cleaning carpets that I have ever seen. Joe is very proud of his new state-of-the-art machine. The machine along with their experience and hard work produced a beautiful result that I am very happy with. There might be cheaper cleaners out there but for my money I will only use Nelly and Joe in the future.
Description of Work: Pre spotted heavy soil areas and then cleaned the carpet in office, hall, dining room, family room and master bedroom. We have pets that come in with soiled feet and make the regs very dirty. I was debating whether to replace the carpets or get the cleaned since the last time I had them cleaned (by another company), the result was disappointing.

 + -1 moreThey also do my carpet and upholstery cleaning. I have used them for a few years now. They do an excellent job. Just plain old honest.
Description of Work: After a tile installation they removed a lot of the grout that was left on top of the tile.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. ALL THE WORK THAT WE WANTED DONE WAS DONE, AND THE JOB WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY, IT IS A BROTHER AND SISTER OPERATION. EVERY TIME THEY CAME OUT IT WAS A GREAT ATMOSPHERE.
Description of Work: THEY JUST CLEANED THE CARPET IN 5 ROOMS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY USED TO CLEAN IT.

 + -1 moreA Plus went out of their way to expedite this job for me and stayed longer than anticipated to complete the job thoroughly. They were professional, experienced and knowledgeable about cleaning processes and products.
Description of Work: The heavily soiled carpets were cleaned and deodorized. A spot treatment and extra deodorizer were required.
